    That's right all you said was true,affirmative,positive thoughts versus negative thoughts,psychological level,effects of form of thinking,i am a thinker,often i took medicine to sleep and relax or calm,tranquilizer,true i need to think right,change my thought,so that i will rest my mind and body,not palpitate my heart beat,nervousness,refrain from panicking.Thanks po ng marami,blessed.❤😊😊

    whoever is posting this, i would like to be honest with you. HINDI ka marunong “maglagay” ng background music. very INAPPROPRIATE. napakaganda ng preaching but your background music is distracting!
