      +jose garcia 5min? have you never worked out? I have done this for 40min with some nice music playing in the background without a problem. Its a good workout, and you break a sweat but i dont get tired or anything. I did 15 min when i was 13 and started boxing. If you want to get tired for real, go run hills or in the woods. That will kick your ass. You will be lying in the woods after a while feeling like your lungs will explode.

    • @xfrenno2
      @xfrenno2 8 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      MrDaultron
      25 minutes but they have 4 breaks of 1 minute each.
      And this is quite different since Diaz is punching this bag for 20 minutes without stopping. In matches you dont have to waste your energy every single second. You can take your time and your distance from the opponent.

    • @MrDaultron
      @MrDaultron 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +xfrenno2 I am quite familiar with how breaks work in between rounds. I am saying that training is meant to prepare you for the fight, I like to jump rope for 20 minutes. if you don't overachieve, and you just do the bare minimum, you will never be a champion.

All it took was Nick-Anderson and Nate-Conor and man, how can't you love that. So freaking good, and it's stuff like this video that shows WHY they're so good. Crazy.

      Kyle O'neal not true speed bags are leather and hard there cupcake. You definitely don’t know shit about boxing or using a speed bag. He has conditioned his knuckles for this. An average joe would have bruising and cuts on the knuckles and hands from doing it for 3mins straight without Knuckle protection. I’ve seen plenty of guys using multiple different speed bags and after about 3 mins small drops of Blood will start slinging against the wall from tiny cuts and irritated knuckles. It’s why it’s good to use hand wraps or gloves. Unless your knuckles are conditioned.

    As someone who has raced 3hr road races, I'm sure Nick has become accustomed to the lactic acid build up. It's not that it doesn't stop hurting, or that your dick doesn't go numb, you just become tolerant of the pain. The state Masters champion whose 54, Dan Shore, does 5-6 hours a day of non stop training at 200-250 watts. The cardio of a cyclist is undoubtedly a huge plus for these brothers.
    In 2013 before I stopped after a break requiring surgery and kids, my resting HR was 33-36 with walking HRs avging 55-58 beats per minute. I'd recommend everyone try cycling, it's just a good way to develop pain resistance to lactic acid and sustained effort, but.... Then there's getting punched in the face, lol.
