The Hu has probably been my favorite band in a long time. Their first album was amazing, and their second one was even better. They've done several collabs like this with Western artists adding to their existing tracks. Some of them are really cool, but I'm not as big a fan of this one. Maybe because I think The Hu's original track for Mother Nature is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard, so when I hear the English lyrics on top of it, it's just not for me.
I hear ya, once you hear a song and you like it - you don't want it to be changed. That's why I'm always a bit worried about covers and retakes, but... sometimes it just works (:
