You can use Alovera oil once or twice a week for effective results. Although the time it takes to see results varies for individual, but you may notice improvements in a few weeks.

Yes you can, although it's most preferable you use a fresh alovera leaf.
All you need to do is to mix the gel with any preferred oil and cook it following the procedures in the video.
