Platago is a level maker much like Mega Man Maker and Super Mario Maker. It also allow you to make (mod) custom sprites so you can add your favorite enemies (like Bowser) and favorite heroes (like Mario & Luigi) to the game!

You can have levels from the other players using the Steam Workshop.
I think the levels you have when you get the game are made by the creators of the game...
