Awesome! Modding games has always been a dream of mine as a kid, and this tutorial makes it look pretty approachable since I have the applications. Maybe if I have a day with absolutely nothing to do, I can finally sit down and make a Monopoly 2D platformer.
Pretty cool. I’ve never heard of PlataGO!, but it sounds interesting. As a Minecraft modder and Texture Pack maker, I think i’d do good in making some mods for this. Also, I’m happy to know that BTG also uses Spriters Resources. :D
People should copy the original sprite sheets in the same folder they have the sprites replacing it. If you mess up it is not easy to find the original sprite sheets. Not even on the Resource site. I checked there all ready.

Cool. I started working on a player sprite but sometimes he clips into the ground as if the sprite is one pixel lower (really noticable if I have a foreground object like a fence). Is this a game bug or could I have messed up the run sprite? It only happens after he walks, but stays when stopped (so he's just standing with feet somewhat inside the ground, and it corrects itself if I jump once)
dunno how this game works since the website link is blank, but maybe you can edit the scripts to fix the sprite issues maybe? i mean the code for that shouldnt be too complicated considering all you need is to crop the image from the given coordinates (x1,y1,x2,y2) and display it on the screen

Yup. Whatever style you have on your game, when you share it, it keeps that style. Even if it is a mod. It'll just ask the player to install the mod for it.

You just solved my problem. I was scaling without the extra space. I will pick up on my Regular Show mod again sometime soon. I hope to accomplish it.

So, when you make a mod, can you make it so when people play your levels, the levels will have that mod on?
Yup. Whatever style you have on your game, when you share it, it keeps that style. Even if it is a mod. It'll just ask the player to install the mod for it.
