2 questions 1. You took example of seeing a movie kn the screen and ask are we impacted by whats happening on movie? How many peoplr cry after seeing some emotional scene? Its almost impossible to see a movie without getting involved in the scene. Thats natual mode of how our mind works 2. You say one is stream of thoights and ask us to create anothe stream of awareness of thoight. A very good analogy. Lets play this in slow motion. I get a thoight...say after noon lunch...i become aware of it...then thoight of a friend who was at the lunch, i become aware of it, then some old memmory of primary school, i become aware of it...then thoight of tomorrow office meeting....this goes on At some point, somehow stream of awareness vanishes....only stream of thoights remain. This is quite opposite of what u say...in good meditation only stream of awareness remains.... What do you say? Thanks for the video...let me try ans post my experience
