Honest review: I bought the Maono Condenser Microphone kit for around $55 about a year and a half ago... I really REALLY love the way it sounds and the crispy voice it produces. I have used it for everything from voice-overs, to live podcasts..to music and instrumental recordings, and it hasn't let me down. Honestly got a lot more than what i expected for the price. Bought it originally as a make-shift mic for until when i could buy a better one, but it stayed, it's really good. The only drawbacks are that, 1. it being a condenser obviously it might catch some background noise, and 2. The software ( There isn't any, not anything particularly useful at least ) so any EQ customization, volume control etc. has to be done in the third party software ( in my case, Audacity, and Audition ). All in all, i am really impressed by it and has been amazing since the day i bought it more than a year ago. Definitely recommend it to anyone even remotely considering it, or anything in the price bracket. And trust me, $50 is actually a lot less for what it delivers. Excellent Product, and than you Ed for actually including Amazing Budget tech, lit up my day seeing a product i use on the daily. Cheers! :)

I mean its hard to tell if you dont know what your looking for, but the rode mic is definitely better than the $50 mic. Thats not to say that the $50 mic doesn't sound great, because it rlly did impress me

If someone bought the macropad, a tip to rotate it in any way you want is to take out the keycaps and just place them in another orientation, so you can use the pad in any direction you want

As an alternative to the mini fridge you can go to target and purchase an Xbox series x replica mini fridge for $99 it can hold up to 10 cans and has a small holder in the side, additionally it fits any aesthetic perfectly with its matte black finish with the iconic green highlights. For under $100 it matches any aesthetic or gaming setup.
Those hexagon light’s would really make my setup stand out. Since I have started watching your videos I have tried making my setup as best as I can for a really low price. Right now It’s powered by my Laptop with an Intel Celeron n4000, 4 gigs of Ram and 64 gigabyte SSD. I have been starting to save up much more money and hopefully someday I will be able to enter my setup on setup wars, once I improve it. Thank you for your amazing videos that helped me and inspired me.
ok i low key wanna flex rn that i have that mic and ive had it for 2 years and i gotta say... i use it everyday for gaming and it hasnt let me down so far.. and what he failed to show in the video.. you can put the mic sideways like he did, but you can also put it facing straight up, straight down, and everywhere in between
