- The battle between the TVS Apache and the Bajaj Pulsar series of motorcycles is a very long fought one. For Indian bikers this rivalry is among the fiercest and it just keeps on getting more aggressive with the passage of time.
We recently compared the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V with the new Bajaj Pulsar N160 and that was a very close battle. In this video we have with us the ‘OG’ rivals: the Bajaj Pulsar 150 has received its third major update in the form of the 2022 Bajaj Pulsar P150 and TVS has given a new lease of life to the Apache RTR 160 2V, with some minor updates. This should be one interesting comparison!

test drove both the variants' and booked Pulsar p150 single disk model. man, the p150 is damn smooth and super refined than its predecessor as well as competitors. its now a slight above unicorn. With all modern bits especially the projector setup , this is the best choice, but p150 dual disk is not a good option, if you can spend some more, you can get n160 dual channel abs or Apache RTR 4v .that's the better one

First of all, Pulsar is an even bigger name than the Apache. Granted, the Pulsar brand got lazy and muddled the last few years, but it seems like Bajaj is fixing that and hopefully the Pulsar portfolio should be cleaner soon.
Pulsar could do better in the features department, though better engineering is anyday a safe bet over features.
Apache is a bigger name and will be 🔥

Thank you for this beautiful comparison I was confused to buy p150 as the engine was new and no dts, but after watching your video I have concluded to buy p150 single disc as I travel daily 100 plus km .

My Suggestion go for Apache 4v 160 or N 160, on budget P150

Last Sunday one of my friend bought this Pulsar 150. I was doubtful, but when I drove it I was shocked.
Engine is so torquey, which makes riding without shifting gears even in low speeds. Clutch was working butter smooth in heavy traffic, not like Apache which gives bumpy feeling in stop n go traffic.
Yes top end is not there, but for daily city ride 60-80 or 90 kmph speed is enough.
