Im having the hardest time. I have customers who want cursive embroidery. I bought alot of files. But its hard to use. Can melco software be used with my Brother PE800
This just happened to me just this past week, I stitched a patch of a face of a tiger and on the orange as well as two other colors you could see white thread where it didn't belong. I had to adjust my bobbin tension which helped, but I also had to eventually change by bobbin color to orange when it got to that particular part of the patch design. think that the way it was digitized may have affected it. After I made those two adjustments it stitched out beautifully. I have a single needle Husqvarna Viking Topaz 50 machine. I hope this helps
instead of using a spare garment for first run, why not get some felt and do the test run so you are not using actual garments. I do this and then send picture to client for approval.
