@@treylersally well he did call him his father when he was like just resurected but completely out of it and got hit by a car and was in a hospital, or at least the hospital staff was like "he keeps calling for Bruce, I think its his dad" or something like that so, I am still not over that. Hes come close and said it jokingly a couple of times, but I dont think he ever directly called him dad? or at least I dont remember him ever doing it directly

The other two had father figures before bruce, Jason’s dad was in jail
tbh I think Bruce and Jasons father and son relationship is very important cause Bruce is basically Jasons only dad and basically only good parent, because Willis was terrible Catherine tried but was an addict and weall know what Sheyla did

I'm not sure which Red Hood comics it was but Jason actually explained why he was so violent as Robin. He was beating up the bad guys thinking about his real father because he said, though not verbatim, that he can't have a new dad if he doesn't get rid of the old one. He really wanted Bruce to be his dad but he thinks his past demons is not making it happen... which is so sad

I just realized Tim.only stopped working with Bruce because Bruce was smothering and loving on him to much like an overprotective mother Bird , basically Bruce was being the helecopter parent and Tim couldn't halde that so he left and occasionally comes back for like food , and well to sleep and shower , change if he needs to but not long enough for Bruce to smother him again, they liriraly have the best but the worst relationship 😂

I put all the shows and stuff this is from in another response to a comment somewhere, but if you are completely new theres a lot to cover, since there isnt a just Batfam show, as much as we would love one XD
I would honestly recommend you check out some comics too, since a lot of the adaptations skip over things or change them for no reason and because most of the adaptations are like their own universes
Anyway! If you want just adaptations you should probably start with the DCAU, a long string of animated DC shows that are interconnected and started with Batman the animated series, has the justice league cartoons, and Batman Beyond in it. Its a very good introduction to all things DC really.
Then theres animated movies such as Under the Red Hood, which is actually a pretty good adaptation all things considered, and its on its own. Later they started this animated movies verse which has a lot of the more recent movies and has things like Batman and son and Batman vs Robin and such.
On a separate side theres also Young Justice which is a tv show and another universe once more.
And theres a looooot more, but for the big adaptations those are basically them, good luck! probably check out the comics history to not be entirely confused!

@@leilanimcconnell9327 well then XD then ill give you an overview of Batman comics. First things you need to know is about the reboots and stuff:so theres the pre crisis comcis, post crisis, new 52, rebirth, and wherever the hell comics are now I guessXD
comics pre crisis are all the ones up till crisis on infinite earths which rebooted the DC universe in 1985, the post crisis is basically where a lot of the stuff is and it lasted until the new 52 reboot of 2011. A lot of the old pre crisis continuity still applies for some stuff like Dick becoming Nightwing over at the titans or stuff like that? its kinda the same with the post crisis continuity and the stufff now, with comics you just gotta get in the mindset of I liked this so this is canon for me now since that seems to be how a lot of writers go too tbhXD and of fitting thigns into place chronologically in your mind since its all vague in general of when and for how long things happen
Anyway so the good thing about that post crisis reboot is they decided to retell a bunch of early Batman stories since it was a new continuity, and so we can kinda go chronologically for those things, or at least how I chronologically ordered them in my mind
So first theres the very early stuff thats retold and very early storys:
-Batman year one
-The man who laughs
-Venom
-The long Halloween and dark victory: take place in the second year of Bruce being Batman and spands over the whole time. Also haunted knight can go between them
-Batman chronicles the gauntlet
-Robin year one
-The dark knight over Metropolis
-Trinity(2003)
Then we move on to the thigns that were happening from the reboot on, with Jason Todd as Robin
-Second chances: this is the comic that introduced Jason in his post crisis origin, the street kid and all that
-a couple of detective comics issues I like here: detective comcis 571-4
-10 nights of the beast
-detective comics 79-91
-The killing joke
-The cult
-A Death in the family: this is where Jason dies
So then comes Tim as Robin and all the 90s stuff
-A lonely place of dying
-Robin reborn and Robin triumphant
-The last Arkham
-Sword of Azrael
-Knightfall, knightquest, knightsend: this is like a big ass saga here , it goes in that order
-Prodigal and troika: the end of the knightfall saga
-Nightwing: aroudn this time Dick gets his Nightwing series, it goes on until the reboot so just keep checking it along with the main events I guess? its what I did kindaXD
-Contagion
-Legacy
-JLA new world order: this is when Batman came back into the justice league proper so
-Young justice: this was Tims team up team
-Batman ego: this story oculd be otu of continuity but I like it so I put it hereXD
And hten the nomans land happens, this is a big event htats lasts like a year in continuity? more out of it, its a big event anyhow and other thigns tie into it because theres a big earthquake that destroys Gotham essencially
-Cataclysm
-Road to no mans land
-No mans land
Then after no mans land thigns go back to more normal kinda
-Batman-Huntress cry for blood
-Justice league Tower of Babel
-Batgirl(2000s): this was Cassandras series!
-Gotham knights
-Officer down: big event between all the batbooks
-Bruce Wayne, murderer and fugitive: a big event between all the batbooks again yeahXD
-Hush
-Superman-Batman(2003): this series goes all over the place but its really good, some stories happen in the moment in continuuity, other are flashbacks, other are out of continuity, you get it
-Teen titnas(2003): this is the teen titans with Tim as Robin in it
-War games: anotehr big event in Gotham city
-Under the red hood: when Jason came back to life, if you want the details of his time after resurection besides the thigns htey give here check out Red hood lost days
-Infinite crisis: a big DC event that made all the books skip a whole year of time in universe
-Batman face the face
After this Batman was written by Grant Morrison and I dont really like that much? so eh, I tend to go for the more side stuffXD

-The resurection of Ras al Ghul
