One reason for arms and legs to be always bent while driving is that in an unfortunate event of a crash, the impact/force should not get transferred totally to your joints.

Thanks for this brilliant video. I suffer from right side thigh pain that started about 3 weeks ago and usually is in the form of a band running across the mid of thigh. I will surly try the tips that you have provided and give you the feedback.

*The 10-10 position is way too old and a little troublesome while driving through heavy traffics*
*The 9-3 position is the best for all kinds of roads and traffic, gives you more grip and scope to react to any situation in a matter of second*
*BTW nice explanation and woah great car*

thank you. I have looked many videos how to adjust my driver seat. The point is, my car has too many adjustments - up, down, forward, backward, tilt drom front ja back, angle adjustment ect. And i really have not found a way to adjust it so I have confortable with my hands on wheel and my legs at the same time and not to make my spine hurt when i have to drive for three or more hours. After looking YOUR VIDEO, I first adjusted see seat back angle to be comfortable (the seat was all back and all down) , then I adjusted the hight, then the tilt of the steering wheel to see all the setting in there anf then I adjusted the seat back and forvard adjustmet to make my legs and hands in comfortable position

    • @dhruv.j

Really nice video, thanks for making it. Just one point though, 10-10 isn't actually good position for hands on the wheel. If the airbag blows, the hands at this position will be pushed back directly on to the driver face. 9-3 is more comfortable. Well these days there are interactive buttons on the wheel, and people usually place their hand so that their thumb reaches the button, which is mostly 9-3. Thanks for the other information though.
