Honestly this is one of the best tcgs out right now. The mechanics alone are so sick. I wish this game would be picked up by the masses because it’s so well designed. Bandai is just shooting itself in the foot with so many card games.

That Gundam art is pretty sick, hell, I really dig a lot of the big boss art. So many card games and not enough money to go around for me to give them all a good try unfortunately. Side note I would want to call that Dino Yootyrannus the "Yooty-tooty"

This game is amazing and way healthier than YuGiOh in my experience. It is the cheapest game to get into and has a low skill floor and a high skill ceiling.
it is extremely cheap and probably the most skill based tcg there is out there. Give it a try and you wont regret it. I stopped playing Yugioh and Vanguard for this...i am all in for this game
Yoooo, I've been waiting for more BSS content. You should do some matches with some decks! My locals is still going strong, thankfully, but I feel bad for those that love playing this game and dont have a locals near them.
Love to see you doing battle spirits content. Hopefully you actually pull one of the gundam cards from your other set so people can see how cool they look. Bandai did promised a FULL collab set (Eva) in 2024, so that might be another cool set to open because the expectation is that EVERY card would be related to eva. There are already multiple sets of Eva collab sets in JP Battle Spirits so it should just be a matter of them willing to translate the cards (and maybe make sure BSS is caught up in terms of power level, so they don't powercreep everything).

I just got my second box today still no exia Gundam 😭😭😭 I really wish people give battle spirits more love every time I bring it up ppl like ew but it's sooooo good and to me it's a beautiful mix of my 2 favorite card games yugioh and magic. I've been supporting the game buying and building but man I'd love to see a community come together and play locally around my area
@@Atlantafan21 Eh, if the companies lowered their msrp to 25, wholesale would just have to be below that. tpci and konami are making massive bank on cards, I guarantee you their cost per bb probably aren't more than a few dollars
This game is great I've managed to get locals started just brought 2 decks to Yu-Gi-Oh locals until I got enough people interested that they started bringing their own decks

This game is so much better than Yugioh. I loved playing Yugioh but Battle Spirits Saga is just better. The barrier to entry is almost nonexistent, it’s resource based mechanic is well balanced, OTK’s and unbreakable boards are almost nonexistent, and it’s just fun
Man I feel bad for Battle Spirits, but also wondering why Bandai is trying to run 3 card games at once. Battle Spirits is dead on arrival, the singles are barely making buying a box even worth it, even at sub $30, and not even their pro tour promos are over $100 for singles. That's not a good sign when there's no market demand already
@@Rayquaza894 u still have to factor in demand, which is low for battle spirits. I think collectors rares could still go for a few 100 if yugioh pack prices were cut in third.

BSS forever! The art is sick, the gameflow is unprecedented. And at cardfest it was the only game with a somewhat sociable, diverse irl community!

I remember seeing ads for Battle Spirits everywhere online until they actually released it and now I’ve heard nothing.
The next set (set 4) is going to have more collaboration cards (i think its 2 or 3 per colour) and more per box. The next collaboration is evangelion

Nah 20-35 is perfect. That way super high end cards can still reach $100 but most cards are easily attainable.
