Almost 1 yr na saken yung vl, matakaw siya compared sa vnt forty, may delay talaga sa first 3 gears, pero pagpiniga sa expressway dika ipapahiya. Panget quality ng 360 camera. Masmaganda ride quality kesa sa vnt forty and new gen eve ni esmi. Yun lang.

try niyo ipa caibrate sir sa casa ( thru obd scanner ) ung shifting ng transmission kung meron delay sa shifting. mataas masyado ung 2T rpm before shifting to high gear.

Pero fuel consumption ko sir 8-10 sa city and 16-18 pag NLEX na at an average speed of 90-100kph
I think bond ng NM nia concentrated sa 100kph upwards just like sa chevy at ford.

Fuel Consumption depends on your driving style pag piga ka ng piga tapos biglang break eh lalakas talaga yan and isa pa Reset mo Trip mo sa dashboard after full tank then saka mo check fuel consumption average

2023 VL 4X2 sports edition owner here color black 🙋♂️ puro gasgas ayun lamg conplain ko di kaya ng ceramic coating. sana napa ppf ko earlier. so far happy or ahould I say super happy kami. eto asa baguio kami nahataw ko ng 170 sa tiplex okay sya and sa twisties sa baguio maganda handling.

I have aspen pearl white. I have a brown and black colored car as well. White is the easiest to maintain among the 3.

For whatever reason, the same goes for me. I have a Black 2018 Montero and a White 2015 Trailblazer. Considering that the latter is older and has been through tougher conditions, parang hindi nagbago yung quality ng paint ng chevy. Siguro depende din sa quality ng paint ng manufacturer? 🤷♂

oo nga yung 2nd gear talaga medyo mabagal .. 2020 yung nabili ng barkada ko 2ndhand.. ako yung driver.. nanibago ako kasi conquest yung nakasanayan ko..medyo matigas din mag shift ng gear..
I’m driving a 2022 Nissan Terra VL 4x2 for almost 2 years na ever since we bought it with my mother last 2021, and medyo may delay nga sa shifting of gears but it’s tolerable for me, and matakaw nga sa krudo lalo na kapag traffic but it’s understandable since dina-drive ko siya everyday. It’s ride comfort and safety NIM features are 💯 for me. Sa engine displacement naman ay medyo maingay nga siya pero malakas ang makina talaga ni Terra no need na i remap imo. I’m currently budgeting for a Throttle Controller and Graphene Coating. Since naka 5 years warranty siya avoid muna ako sa modifying and cutting of wires, etc.,. But after that maybe I’ll upgrade its exhaust and tires. Pogi na ang 2022-2023 facelift Terra kaya simplehan lang natin ang pag u-upgrade 💯
Kmusta po Ning pina- throttle control nyo to reduce the delayed acceleration and magkano po cost? D naman po ba navoid warranty? And last po may disadvantage po ba yung pagkabit ng throttle control sa short term and long term run
@@michaeljohnsalik2293 wala pong ma vo-void na warranty sir since plug and play device po ang throttle controller. About sa short & long term ay nasa proper maintenance & driving habits yan po. i try mo search ang DTE Pedalbox na throttle controller sir.

This CAR Nissan E-Terra is an excellent in term of SAFETY and Comfort to Travel lalo sa Clearance niya, feel na feel mo din ang un-stabling kapag over-rotate against speed. Okay din sa GAS iyong Engine niya kasi 2.5 L kasi match siya sa purpose ng Body maneuvering, accessories and function. Eye catching din kung tingnan kasi Gwapo iyong Body. The Best X-Terra or TERRA

1.) I believe gone are the days of Nissan Myth of Cold AC when they pioneered using aluminum fins., every other brands uses the same materials these day. all modern decent brand ACs are almost identical in performance.
2.) It was Automatic Climate control the full term for the automatic dial of coldness control. The issue with Manual control is temperature will most of the time give you false temperature, if you put 23 degrees, there no way the car will know and adjust itself to maintain that 23 deg temperature while you are traversing an 18 degrees mountain trail, meaning, without automatic climate control, your family could go sick anytime due to fake perception you are seeing "23 degrees" and thinking, the car is set to that specific temp. but why is it still so more cold or more hot.
GTG for now, but as always, appreciated Ytubers that are hardworkers.
Don"t change to power tailgate bro. That manual is still better in the long run. Hassle free from malfunctioning.

agree. fortuner's powered tailgate is such a hassle. ours got malfunctioned easily on its own within a year. have to push it to lock it in place.

I'm quite surprised sa fuel consumption. I have a fortuner, 15km/L pinaka mataas na naabot q. But for your terra, 11km lang? I wonder if other terra users have the same experience.
Yd21 engine malakas sa diesel if city driving pero pag highway ayos na ayos.

Car ko 2020 model vl wala naman issue sa fuel ok naman hindi naman subrang takaw hanggang ngayon ok naman

Buti na lang pala walang Terra when I was buying an SUV last October and ended up with newgen Everest. Lahat ng negative ng Terra wala sa Everest
1. White is the easiest color to maintain! While black is the hardest as halatang-halata yung gasgas sa black color vs white/silver.
2. No third-row seats in any mid-size SUV here in the Philippines are comfortable enough for tall, adult passengers especially for long trips. More of for kids lang siya and it is more of to say that it is a 7-seater car. Cars which have comfortable 3rd row seats are MPVs like the Toyota Innova.
Toyota is good and all but tama si sir, nothing has changed much with the current Fortuner. All they have changed since 2016 is a facelift and a better tuned 2.8 engine whilst having the most expensive price tag of all SUVs! No interior changes. I guess they thought they don't have to change anything since their brand has the most sales. Buying a Fortuner today is mostly buying because of the brand. Toyota will strike again once they release an all-new model. But for now, I believe all other brands are catching up. The SUV market is more competitive than it was 5-6years ago.

Disagree sa no. 2 All New Isuzu Mux 3rd row seats is the best in Class. Can fit average height asian adults.

I highly suggest sir na go for ceramic coating to protect your car paint and iwas sa mga mantsa mantsa plus easy to clean nlng din. And abt sa delay, If gusto nyo po mawala delay try to reasearch abt the product called, Top Speed.
And taga better living ka din pala sir? Potpot sayo if ever nagkasalubong. Drive safe sir!

@@alexmendoza2461 sa ngayon nasa 10,000km+ na at dapat ipa pms na...kaso nung nasa 5,000km palang nagpa service ako pero nag abiso sila na ipa PMS nalang at nilagay nila sa quotation yung 10k km pms kahit nasa 5k km palang....at sabi nila imbes balik ako kapag 10k km na sa 15k km nalang ako balik para sa PMS.
Yung nabayaran ko sa 5k km ay 7,825 pesos...at sabi sa akin sa PMS daw kapag nasa 15k km na baka daw nasa 17k to 19k depende kung di magbago rates...sa nissan mismo yan.
@@alexmendoza2461 yung ginawa nila sa 5000km na worth 7 thousand plus ay...brake paste, filter assy oil, f-genuine motor oil 1ltr, nissan genuine oil 4ltr, perform 10k km pms check, washer drain, brake cleaner...free ang labor..

Try the comfort of Ford Everest and Ranger. In my opinion, the Evereat is the most comfortable for long drive both for the driver and passengers. Lalo na yung Raptor, very comfortable.

@@jomarienavalta1603Depende Kung paano mo e maintain like other cars, I have Ford pick up 2009 XLS for 4 years 80k odometer, 2012 XLT for 7 years 150k odometer, and now 2021 BT-50 ford power 3.2 present 2 years 70k odometer, so far so good.

@@nuuueb yung throttle control po bale pinapabilis nya tumaas rpm mo para mawala delay.. sa remap naman nandun na po lahat no delay power at fuel consumption is better :)
Sa ibang international forums, they say kaya ganun yung shifting behavior ng A/T Terra/NP300 is because yung JATCO RE07 transmission was originally designed for petrol engines, kaya higher yung shift points (eto yung perceived delay esp 1st -> 2nd gear). Di rin kasing advanced yung adaptive logic nung tranny compared to counterparts from Aisin (found in Montero Sport, Fort/Hilux, LC/Prado, Mu-X/Dmax)
What worked for me was to actually ease up/feather the throttle pag hovering ka lang dun sa mga set shift points nya, pag nasa pagitan sya ng gears para di masyado mag hunt and swabe yun takbo (therefore better efficiency).

and also sad to say.. Mas matibay ang CvT transmission ng toyota over Nissan .. madami issues ang CVT transmissions ng Nissan kahit sa ibang bansa

@@jasonguzman1672 Rather CVT or ordinary AT trans may issue talaga Automatic transmissions ng Nissan.. unlike toyota. yung inovva namin sa office 250,000 kms na pero no issue sa Automatic transmissions at all.. daily driven.. malalayo pa.. dun ako bumilib sa toyota talaga
Leather is better than fabric but sa weather natin sa Pinas sobrang init hindi maganda ang leather , mainit siya pag naka bilad yung sasakyan

Sir, di pa kayo naka experience nag oil leak ang shock absorber, sa amin tatlong shock absorber na pinalitan mag 2 year pa lang ang unit.

fuel prices varies from time to time but can you provide a rough estimate on how much inaabot yung full yank if it is being utilized on a weekly basis.. city driving lang?
Currently, full tank namin is roughly around 4k and nauubos sya siguro in 2 weeks for city driving.

Bird stain is indicative of your garage quality. Wala ka kasing bubong sa garage. Huwag mo sisihin ang color. Seat cover stain ay problema mo kung burara ka. Very evident 1st time car owner and 1st time driver. Ying gear shifting varies in every car. Kung racing ang sasalihan mo pumili ka ng small gear ratio mabilis magpalit ng shift pero magsusuffer naman sa top speed.

Mas ok tunog ng hella avant sir compared sa bosch europa. Try nyo compare. Hindi n kc gawa sa germany yung europa ibang iba na tunog. Hella avant and bosch europa gamit nmin.. planning to buy ng sasakyan this month ulet hella avant p rin ipapalagay ko. I would rate terra as no. 1 2nd is fortuner as family suv.

If you did more research before buying, hindi mo magiging issue yang mga yan. All of the things you mentioned are basic lalo na yung space sa rear and material ng seats.😅

2013 Montero is diff to 2022 terra of course, Montero now a days has a nice suspension too .

wala talaga perfect design vehicle , yung 3rd row para SA maa bata lang . Para SA akin ang white is the easiest to maintain . I’ve been driving and owned cars for the past 30 yrs

New Gen ford everest try nyo test drive. Hindi malakas Or mahina. 170hp and 405 torque not BAD. Value For money kasi 5 to 7 pa-lalabas ang all new everest. Aircon? Lumang kaisipan na yung nissan ang malamig ang aircon. Lahat ng brand malamig na aircon. Before u buy a auto, try to rent a car, b4 u buy

Yes sir, actually close fight si Montero and Terra. Ang di ko nagustuhan lang is kulang ang safety features compared to Terra. There are no side and curtain airbags, lane departure, etc. Kinulang sya sakin sa part na yun lalo na family car ang purpose ko.

I can say it’s decent. Hindi mahina pero hindi naman malakas katulad ng mga upgraded headlights.
Sa complain mo sa space dapat nag toyota commuter ka.
3rd row seats po hndi po tlga sya pang malalaking tao. Fortuner/Terra or montero man.
Masyado mababa 3rd row seats ng Terra kaya lalo hinde comfortable.
Compared to other mid-size SUVs, mababa 3rd row ng Terra. I can fit properly sa Explorer and Everest. Haven’t tried Montero or Fortuner.
@@DADiariesPHVlogs agree....regarding turbo lag, its really common with other brands as well. You need to install throttle controller for better performance.
Hi Dad Diaries… 2022 Terra VL 4x4 APW owner also… For longevity of the paint better ceramic/graphene coating of a decent brand. For the throttle delay better to remap it on known tuners. It will help on the diesel consumption to make it frugal. Mine is taking 8-9km on the city and 13-15km on the highway depending on your driving habits + it is way more more powerful… It’s truly worth the investment. Just my 2 cents. 😊
