Great video ! I really do have a quick question. For someone with less than $10,000 to invest, How would you recommend we enter the market? I am looking study some traders and copy their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally. Whats your take on this approach?
I tried copy trading, just when I started investing last Christmas. Had a poor experience, the guy I copied made many small trades, slowly loosing money. What good came out of it was that it gave me an insight into how the market really works. Make sure you do your homework!
When the market was bullish and everything was on the green, I copied trades from eToro traders, and frankly I’m happy by this decision. My portfolio went up with around 6% for a week. Once the market went red I sold my profits. My actual experience is that my returns are different than the people I copy so liquidate all my assets and recopy only 1 trader. So far I am up 33.41% which already includes the recent market decline. As long as you do your research on who you’re copying and what their strategy is, it’s a nice hands-off way to invest.

I dont understand how a company without compitition from pretty much anyone cant make profit charging the US Government. The U.S. govt. will pretty much pay what is required to get the job done. So why is Palatir losing 300 million in 2020.? IF they just charged double for their only existing tech, the gov will pay.

The company finished with a net income loss of nearly $600 million the past two years. Additionally, their free cash flow is about 180 million in the red in the last year. There are reasons why they're going public and private investors are selling off their stock.
That's the same argument that was made against Amazon and Tesla. If you see the trajectory of increasing revenues and increasing margins, you should be able to connect the dots. Yes, thats whats been turning me off of the stock. Its entertaining to look at and if I could get it at 2-3 price to earnings I would consider it but as it stands its 20x overvalued. @@humblegambler Amazon != Tesla. Amazon has been a very profitable company that as it stands does not rely on continual investment in R&D to continually reap in profits. Jeff took revenues and invested them into R&D to put his business farther ahead than anyone else.
