      Free! All the cars I detail in my videos is for free. Typically a job like this is $600-1000 depending on the size. Its basically down to the hours needed to do this work and materials.

    I love when you go to get into your car for the first time after cleaning it and you're impressed with the cleanliness of your vehicle. I love the "clean" smells too. I cleaned my car yesterday so I have that to look forward to soon.

    Started detailing when I started my job at car mart. Never knew how much I enjoyed it. Now I’ve got my own pressure washer shop vac an ton of other supplies and I’ve done 3 family members cars so far. Next thing I wanna order is a carpet extractor and a drill for the stains, Bc rn I’m using a scrub brush and it doesn’t always work the best. Your channel helps a ton man.

    Pretty sure that salt staining is from melted snow. I've had several cars look like that before I bought proper rubber mats for winter. Also, $14.72 in change.

      Cleaning headliners is tricky. They are super fragile...

      The only thing you can do it spray very lightly with cleaning solution, brush and wipe with damp cloth then with dry cloth. Only dry cloth if it's super old and fragile. If you soak or try to use an extractor you could break down the adhesive which holds it up.

      I used to be a heavy smoker and I used my extractor on the ceiling and it worked perfectly. I got soaked doing it but the seats were gonna get wet anyway 😂

    What model of car is that? I’m not sure if you said in the video but I went through and wasn’t able to find where you said it if you did. I’m asking because, if it’s not too expensive, I might buy a similar model when I have a license. I mean, the rugs were dirty, but they came clean super quick with the vacuum.

    What if the haze is on the INSIDE of the headlight lens? And what do you suggest to remove the haze that always seems to stick around after cleaning the inside of the windshield, no matter how many times I clean it? I don't think the previous owner was a smoker, but I can't be sure.
    -I have this same car (not the wrx or hatchback version) and my center console lid is cracked exactly like this one. Seems like a design flaw.

      Actually a steamer should only be used if the dirt is unmanageable with cleaner or if theres a biohazard like mold. Usually you can get everything off with a good cleaner even if it's super dirty. A steamer not only takes longer from my experience, because steam dries fast so you have to do small sections at a time, but also dries out and fades the look of some plastics. A cleaner wont do that.

    Unbelievable transformation. You are the man. Were you able to get the smoke smell out? I just bought a car that sat in the woods for 8 years. It had a lot of mice nests in it.     I've detailed one mini van comparable with this car and the amount of time and products used to get the job done I should have charged more. Love the process of detailing. 7 dollars and 85 cents is my guess. Great video 🤜
