I applied for my spouse's 309 visa on 21/02/2023. It has been 18 months now but the visa has not been received. My husband is an Australian citizen. His sponsorship had Confirmed and sent to the department. I have been to Australia once. I updated police report again in January 2024. The account will be updated every three months. How long will it take to receive my visa? Why is this process taking so long? Is there a way to speed up the process

@@JattSaan-o3o Because sometimes the Immigration could spot on not genuine relationships. There’s heaps here asians Thailander, Chinese, Vietnamese, who married aussies & come here to Australia, but once they got their PR (Permanent Residency) they’re divorcing their aussie hubbies😢

@@portmigration we submitted the sponsorship form 2 weeks ago but it still shows submited Not yet resived , is that a problem . In the request list they clearly mentioned to submit all documents in 14 days . Its be 20 days still no change
