It's crazy how much I relate to this mini drama. It was my ex-boyfriend who expressed interest first but slowly into our relationship he found other things more interesting like playing games and hanging out with friends. Of course I loved it when he had time to himself just as I did myself, but there was a point where I was putting in all the effort and it was visible that I loved him more. I just wasn't his priority anymore and he clearly didn't care if I was there. When the guy said, "what if I loved you more?", that just hit a lot because my mom once told me that a relationship will only thrive and work if the man loves the woman more. Yeah I know this may seem sexist, but from my experiences when the girl loves the guy more, the guy take it as being too clingy and boring. But when the guy loves more, she cherishes that love and make it grow.
That's not really the lesson you can see here. Because you won't necessarily see a person is like this until you are in the middle of the relationship with them. this whole story explains what happened to me. i’ve experienced it for the first time and it really hurts. everything was great in the first month and we loved each other dearly but after the second month he got bored of me and being with his friends was more fun for him. around two am he broke up with me but he never told me the reason. after our break up his friends posted stuff on social media and he was so happy. that makes me realize i was never really important to him, all the things he’s said to me was all lies.

There are 2 themes that are consistent in many Asian dramas explored in this mini *Spoilers Below* 1) The one who loves more: Wins. When this was originally was 8 parts. the 7 parts ended on her story. She did not intend to give it her all when she dated him, but she ended up doing so anyway, and so her next date that is what she is planning, (hence why she is married) I would have been perfectly happy if the Drama ended here, but it starts with his point of view and so must return to it. 2) There is no medicine for Regret. Do not live your life and love in such a way that you will have regrets, because they will haunt you. No happy ending here for him folks. Just regrets.
That’s what u get when u prioritized more ur self interest as it gets by where ul not notice uv changed and has been taking advantage of the person who has been giving her heart to. Lucky me, didn’t experience this but mature guys wouldn’t do this ever do, they’ll get used to it? But they’ll never get tired, same as us girls, that’s why it always takes two to tango, ik bc I’ve chosen the right guy.
The last sequence from her point of view at the end mentions that she didn't intend to give her all to her relationship with the boyfriend, but she ended up up doing so anyway, so she has no regrets about her relationship with him. For her its over. Now she looks forward to the new relationship (hinting that she's on her way to meeting her new date) and giving her all in that one. When He sees the ring on her finger while she's drinking, It's intentional. She's married. The one who loves more wins. Live your life and love in a way that you will not suffer regret is the moral of the story. There is no medicine for regret.
I am satisfied with the ending because the guy clearly didn't want her. He checked out of the relationship because he was lonely, tired and disinterested. Later, it didn't really seem he regretted not being with her as much as being a coward during the relationship and not being more honest. If he really loved her and regretted ever losing her, the ring on her finger wouldn't have stopped him from apologizing. He would have let her know that she was loved (even if it was done poorly) and he would have sincerely wished for her future happiness. All the way around the guy is a coward and he is living his life sadly.
This was actually pretty sad considering he confessed first and they had really good moments. But like I liked the ending cos the guy was a jerk and she deserved someone way better anyway so I’m glad she got married to hopefully someone who’s worth her time and appreciates/acknowledges her worth in a way this guy didn’t.
Same thing happened to me. I have an amazing boyfriend. We dated and he got bored of me. 4 months later he came running back to me. I came back to him. So far we have no regrets. It sounds like a dumb thing to run back to him but I love this guy

AAHH! I'm so mad at Yoonje!!! There was literally no reason for them to break up!!! 😠 Neither of them cheated. Neither of them were abusive verbally or physically. Neither of them fell out of love with the other.....so what was your brilliant reason for breaking up!?!?! From my understanding, he never actually "fell out of love" with Hyunji. He just wanted space since they apparently spent just about every hour of every day with one another. There's nothing wrong with one person in a relationship wanting some 'me' time. It's a healthy step of any relationship & honestly necessary. What IS wrong is how he failed to communicate that with her. If he politely expressed that to her, I'm sure she would've understood where he was coming from & their relationship would've happily continued. Communication truly IS key in any relationship. There are 2 themes that are consistent in many Asian dramas explored in this mini *Spoilers Below*
1) The one who loves more: Wins. When this was originally was 8 parts. the 7 parts ended on her story. She did not intend to give it her all when she dated him, but she ended up doing so anyway, and so her next date that is what she is planning, (hence why she is married) I would have been perfectly happy if the Drama ended here, but it starts with his point of view and so must return to it.
2) There is no medicine for Regret. Do not live your life and love in such a way that you will have regrets, because they will haunt you. No happy ending here for him folks. Just regrets.
That’s what u get when u prioritized more ur self interest as it gets by where ul not notice uv changed and has been taking advantage of the person who has been giving her heart to. Lucky me, didn’t experience this but mature guys wouldn’t do this ever do, they’ll get used to it? But they’ll never get tired, same as us girls, that’s why it always takes two to tango, ik bc I’ve chosen the right guy.

The last sequence from her point of view at the end mentions that she didn't intend to give her all to her relationship with the boyfriend, but she ended up up doing so anyway, so she has no regrets about her relationship with him. For her its over. Now she looks forward to the new relationship (hinting that she's on her way to meeting her new date) and giving her all in that one. When He sees the ring on her finger while she's drinking, It's intentional. She's married. The one who loves more wins. Live your life and love in a way that you will not suffer regret is the moral of the story. There is no medicine for regret.

I am satisfied with the ending because the guy clearly didn't want her. He checked out of the relationship because he was lonely, tired and disinterested. Later, it didn't really seem he regretted not being with her as much as being a coward during the relationship and not being more honest. If he really loved her and regretted ever losing her, the ring on her finger wouldn't have stopped him from apologizing. He would have let her know that she was loved (even if it was done poorly) and he would have sincerely wished for her future happiness. All the way around the guy is a coward and he is living his life sadly.

This was actually pretty sad considering he confessed first and they had really good moments. But like I liked the ending cos the guy was a jerk and she deserved someone way better anyway so I’m glad she got married to hopefully someone who’s worth her time and appreciates/acknowledges her worth in a way this guy didn’t.

Same thing happened to me. I have an amazing boyfriend. We dated and he got bored of me. 4 months later he came running back to me. I came back to him. So far we have no regrets.

AAHH! I'm so mad at Yoonje!!! There was literally no reason for them to break up!!! 😠 Neither of them cheated. Neither of them were abusive verbally or physically. Neither of them fell out of love with the other.....so what was your brilliant reason for breaking up!?!?! From my understanding, he never actually "fell out of love" with Hyunji. He just wanted space since they apparently spent just about every hour of every day with one another. There's nothing wrong with one person in a relationship wanting some 'me' time. It's a healthy step of any relationship & honestly necessary. What IS wrong is how he failed to communicate that with her. If he politely expressed that to her, I'm sure she would've understood where he was coming from & their relationship would've happily continued. Communication truly IS key in any relationship. I'm just so upset with Yoonje bc HE was the one who WANTED this relationship with Hyunji more than ANYTHING! Men...I swear. 😒 Loved watching this story tho. 😊💕 Lolol
