Okay so I came back to say I tried it again and it FINALLY worked, you guys if it isn’t working, What I realized that I did wrong was I was putting wickedwhims too deep into my folders, so I tried it again and did not take out any files from the OG folder and just placed it next to my mods and it works. TYSMMMMM
@@divvvstar basically when you download it, open it up take out the files in the folder you just opened up, open up ur mods folder and place those files in the mods folder. Hopefully that make sense. do not add too many folders into your mod folder because its already a folder and sometimes files can get lost

Everything went well for me except passing around the time of 9:25, After clicking new finder window and clicking documents there's nothing there. It just sends me to the recents folder.
I greatly appreciate this video- where I keep having issues is once its time to move the WW mod folder into the EA app folder. When I go to my documents folder my only option is to open the app. Can you provide any advice? This is my first time adding a mod 😅
Delete the ww mod. Re install the new updated version of the ww mod. Take out the two turbo pages and drag them directly into the mods folder. Re install your animations and don't forget to enable your script mods in sims 4 game options.
So I have downloaded both the WW mod and the animations, when my game loads it says they are all running correctly! All settings are enabled, but when I clicked the bed, or locations around my sims house the wicked icon don’t show up.. any ideas on how I can fix this?

I was trying to update my version of wickedwhims and i followed everything in the video but when i open up my game i get the message “an error potentially related to wickedwhims has occurred! if your using any content that requires wickedwhims to function, verify everything is updated for the most recent release of wickedwhims and the game.” but i just followed the video and downloaded the most recent version so i’m confused what’s wrong. please help me😢❤
I am sorry you are going through this hun. Delete the current mod. Make sure you only put the two turbo pages inside of your mods folder after downloading. Next go into your game and click settings make sure you enable both script mods and cc they both should have green checks by them, then save at the bottom. Open your game then exit the game to ensure it saved your new settings properly. After doing this your mod should show up. Don't forget to install animations as well! Also download and install the better exceptions mod this will help notify you of any mods and cc that is broken so you can take them out of your mods folder

You can get your tray files and save files and put them on a hard drive or dropbox, then on your mac you can access these saves and use them on your game. Look up how to transfer sims 4 save files to another computer.

I did every steps, but my game just crashes half way. Whenever I press the continue it doesn’t go to the sims family I already made before. Everyone's experience is different, if its not a zip but you still can open the folder and see the turbo pages you can still install the mod in your game.
re install and download better exceptions some mods need to be updated by the creator and some are causing conflicts to other mods because they arent compatible together.
Im having a hard time with the script folder. It opens like 4 other folders than some of those folders have more folders in them with finer detail but no TURBODRIVER script. The fine tuning is in their and detected in sims

When i open the game the mod pops up (the turbodriver stuff) but when i want to play i dont have any of the options, not even the symbol. What should i do? Am i a hopeless case??

if you are doing it on a apple computer I had the same problem just click and open the wicked whims file/mod and then put the wicked whims mod out of the wicked whims file into your mods file for the sims
I was able to do everything you said in the video, but my game keeps crashing after I try and click on anything. See if your game has been updated first if so delete the current ww and re install the new updated version of the ww game. If you have other mods check to see if they are broken as well they can cause conflicts with your game and ww. Better exceptions is a great mod to install so you know what cc is broken.
Mine keeps downloading as a folder and documents instead of a ZIP file (since I'm on a mac RIP), and I have no clue whatsoever how to turn off whatever is making that happen on my mac. I go to the security & privacy section in settings, I already have it set to "allow apps downloaded from app store and identified developers", and I'm honestly not sure what else I can do. I can't find any tutorials or answers on that part specifically :'(
i had the same problem as you and i believe i may have just solved it. try to find the option to “compress” the folder and it should come out as a zip file

@@VeneishaPierre you may need a game pack ... that sometimes happens but don't take my word for it. Also because the mod is so old it may not be working because its out of date and the mod creator needs to update it. What I can do is get a video up for you at some point on how to install this mod if I get it to work my self how's that sound?

Mod creator needs to update it because the game is having a patch day. It's not your fault once its updated re install.

What is after you put the wicked worms in the mod folder you also see wicked and resource dot CFG did I do something wrong?

Every time i try to make my sims do something whicked they stand in the middle of the bed and the game won’t let me do anything
Try re installing and check for any broken mods that may be causing your sims to do this.

Try taking out both turbo pages out of the wicked whims folder and placing just those two turbo pages into your mods folder

Try searching and typing documents in finder on your computer to see if that folder has ea in it. if not see if you see origin instead.

When I open my finder it sends me straight to 'recent' I don't have a documents option. Anyone possibly help me 😅
when you open a finder tab at the top of the screen hover over "go" and you should be able to get to it from there

You may need to clear up space before installing

@@VeneishaPierre you may need a game pack ... that sometimes happens but don't take my word for it. Also because the mod is so old it may not be working because its out of date and the mod creator needs to update it. What I can do is get a video up for you at some point on how to install this mod if I get it to work my self how's that sound?

nope I just take the folder out and place it in my mods folder you can if you want to though.
i dont have a mods folder and I've been looking for hours origin never made me one :( ii give up
try logging out of origin then re log in play your game as is, then exit game check your sims 4 folder to see if it appears
