Just found your channel!!!! All I can say is wow! I wish you guys were into US. I’m located just north of Dallas, Texas. I have a 92 500sl r129. I inherited it almost 2 years ago from my father in law who bought it almost new in 1993.it has never she has never spent a night outside. She has about 86,000 miles, everything works perfectly and she still drives like the day she left the dealer in 92. Last August is was rear ended (no injuries) just a damaged rear end. I called 12 body shops and Mercedes dealers in my area an NO one would help me. I did some of the body repairs on the bumper and found used parts locally. I finally found a small local body shop that was willing and eager to do the work. I should have it back next week repaired and fully painted. Are y’all aware of any shops in the Dallas area similar to yalls that specializes in the r129? So digging into your TH-cam channel and website. If I ever make it to the UK I will have to come visit!
