Makes a lot of sense. It would have been a lot of work to animate him destroying his room for something that would normally never even see the light of day
It’s a shame though, I’ve seen loads of developers of games put things in that the player isn’t supposed to see, just in case something like this happens. Imo it shows they give a special effort
@@LionmaneElsie08 imagine the amount of work that would go into this though. They'd have to make a looping animation of Monty destroying the entire room. All the different actions hand animated on top of it having to loop.

2 things i noticed in Monty's room:
- has one plant- lol
- his name is the only name that isn't a neon light sign (inside the room)- it's written with permanent marker
I think they avoided putting a sign in there because he’s destructive or he is Bonnie with a Monty suit on

I really like looking at the little things in the rooms that the devs put in knowing that no one may ever notice them. It was really neat to see in Monty's room. I like the story they were playing in there. Two security guards down and they even put objects near them that could of been used to hit them. The golf club I think was the murder weapon, but possibly it was the staff bots. Maybe Vanny had the staff bots come for Monty? Otherwise why would he attack them. idk. this is what i am doing on my christmas eve.

It would've been cool if the animatronics at the start if you hacked to enter they would see you and be like, "Hey buddy- this area is off limits so go play somewhere else" or something like that, I mean- it's before 12 so maybe they'd be nice? -.-

It’s how the game is programmed. Players aren’t supposed to be able to get into the other rooms at the start. So the animatronic aren’t programmed to attack the player yet. It’s all for visual and audio effects. Like watching cutscenes play out. Not intractable yet.
And since the players aren’t supposed to be able to see into monty’s room at the start, there really isn’t any need to add animations of him in there.
I would however like to know what happened to the Bonnie animatronic they originally had for this group.
It was hinted that there was a bunny animatronic but they replaced him with Monty. Maybe there’s some hidden room Easter egg where they have the Bonnie animatronic decommissioned, just like finding vanny’s room.

It also fits their upgrades.
Chica has a special voice box that's why she is not really playing the guitar and just playing it from her voice box.
Roxy has special eyes and watches herself in the mirror.
And Monty has special claws so he is smashing and scratching stuff in his room.
This implies that their Upgrades are causing their new personalities, as When you listen to Roxanne crying in her room, you can hear what sounds like a Second Voice, a softer, mellower voice, speaking up during her bawling...
That might be her original personality.

pretty sure monty's claws were upgraded to make him play the bass guitar better, it was in one of the secret messages i think

Two theories: Monty like Roxy knows he's a replacement animatronic, feels insecure, and is destroying what could have been Bonnies room initially, could be that he wanted his own room (they are all oddly aware of themselves and each other and based on the Roxy/Freddy dialogue you have in her room theres a quasi brother sister vibe between all of them) but after Bonnie was decommissioned (Maybe he like Freddy became aware but was taken out by Vanny/Springtrap or OR Bonnie saved glamrock Freddy from the Molten Freddy so he could escape and be the Freddy we know now, possibly leading to the 'I miss him' line because of the sacrifice, there's a closeness between them to explore imo) they repainted it for Monty and shoved him in there and resentment built towards the original four, with the Freddy malfunction at the start of the game being the icing on the cake to tip his anger over, like here are Monty and Roxy giving it their all to become as popular as their predecessors, and the shows stopped because Freddy had a malfunction, that would make any upstart band member upset.
2. Molten Freddy, via Springtraps influence, is trying to attack Monty with those tendrils and maybe even Bonnies face (Bonnies husk is infused and because the games not done we can't rule out the possibility of those other pieces like chica and foxy would be sent via tendril to mess with the animatronics and manipulate them back into the hive of parts) to taunt Monty to go nuts and what we hear is him fighting it off before he's given the order by Vanessa to find you and diverts all attention to finding Gregory. Because after he tears the room apart and Vanessa gave the alert for all animatronics to hunt for Gregory his dialogue is the least aggressive towards you when searching.
3. Montgomery Gater IS Bonnie and is destroying the room in the beginning because he was starting to remember what happened to his original body (being in the ratking like pile of parts) and is lashing out because, as Freddy says, he's 'angry and confused' Then when Vanessa gave the order he focused back on finding you as if Montys was being kept quiet

I think Monte is just supposed to be an out of control rocker, partying and destroying hotel rooms. To him, busting up a staff bot is probably like breaking a TV.

I think Monty destroying his room is fueled by him having to hear Roxy constantly complimenting and crying to herself and Chica constantly messing with her guitar. Poor gator can’t take the pain
I do have a theory why the other animatronics attack you. If you're going for the Afton amalgamation, you can see that Springtrap (aka Bonnie/William/The Purple guy) trying to control Freddy and there's a part there where Freddy can actually kill you (don't know if its just a glitch) but as he kills you, his eyes kinda like glows slightly purple. The other animatronics do also have a "Safe" mode or rather your "Please do not kill a child or personal program" but do to Freddy constantly breaking down kinda like he's trying to not let his program get altered, when he failed on controlling Freddy, he tried to control Monty instead thus we hear Monty like going berserk in his room hence why the curtains where already closed out cause no one's going to enter his room as he's raging about. And yes the one who done it is none other than Vanessa/Vanny. I just wish that there's an ending where you get a level 10 pass and try to access like main servers but in the process of doing it, Freddy lost his control as well so you try to reactivate/get Monty, Roxy, Chica and Freddy their Safe mode back and not try to kill you thus getting like the 5 star ending cause so far the ending with the highest star is only 3 (the other Vanny ending where you play all 3 Princess Quest games)

well first off we aren't fully sure if the animatronics kill if they catch you in this game and just removing the intruder that isnt suppose to be there, since the security bots set off an alarm and vannessa isnt the one to come get you, its the animatronics so they probably just have security programming in them as an extra feature (which is odd, but its more odd vannessa doesnt come running when security bots spot you)
since freddy staright up states he doesnt know your guess pass
vanessa locks you into security and says she is turning you in pretty much when she caught you (not getting into the whole vannessa/vanny thing here)
and in the burntrap ending freddy states he has been down there before, and "his friends are there" as in currently as in the other animatronics that were cursed and destroyed it never states the other glamrocks roxy, monty, chica being down there ever, so its possible only glamrock freddy is effected by afton

A GAME THEORY
Have you ever thought that maybe Monty is in a different room and the sound of him destroying whatever he's destroying is coming through the speakers? The room he might be in is a room that you can hear through Monty's room so anything that he does in there transfers to in his room maybe someone put him in another room since he was dangerous but the manager and stuff weren't supposed to know so they put the speakers in there to make it sound like he was always in his room. Basically what I'm getting at is maybe Monty's in a room for his own safety and for everybody else's safety but for the sake of the people who work there not thinking he was stolen or something they put microphones around the room and attach them to the speaker so that way it sounds like he's always destroying his room and not another room. Idk just an idea
it kind of makes sense, I mean he did come at us through a fence that had his symbol and a red circle around it as a warning that Monty is behind them. Clearly far away from his room

Idk how to explain this but in the upgrade reports for the animatronics new parts, eg Roxy’s eyes, it says that all of the characters have side effects to their new parts. For example, roxy talks to bots through walls, chica’s voice makes other bots react badly and monty is violent to staff but I wonder what happens if you give Freddy those parts. I haven’t played the whole game but I think it would be cool if one of the endings was Freddy doing something bad with his new upgrades like in the upgrade messages. Idk just a thought

What if Monty was angry because Freddy ruined the show, so he went to his greenroom and started raging and throwing stuff everywhere. Until they decided to bring in S.T.A.F.F bots in to try and stop him but he ended up destroying the bots, hence why they’re dead on the floor destroyed and mangled.

Upgrade reports have listed that his Claw upgrade has given him a Totally new Personallity making him Aggresive af, Sorta like How Roxy got new eyes and for some reasons talks to bots trough walls
To be brutally honest, Monty really sounded like he was having a bad temper tantrum after what happened at the stage.

What's in the room where the door opens up automatically after going into the Monty room? When you went in, there was this door that automatically opened, it slides up and only goes down when you were away from the door in Monty's room at the beginning. Can you go in and see what's behind it, please? down.

Answer: Nothing happens. Its a rule of thumb that you only program/animate what is meant to be seen, otherwise its an unnecessary feature that eats away at processing power. There is already enough going on with this game as is, even with the additional patches and its still somewhat laggy on even decent machines.
I'm honestly surprised they didn't make an animation of Monty destroying things. Especially because by turning your gamma and brightness all the way up, like you showed, you can see almost perfectly in the room and would probably be able to see in through the vent.

I think the reason why the girls didn't see Gregory, it's because they were on the script, not supposed to be intercepted at all and you shouldn't be in their rooms at all.
Monty's missing from the room is the same reason you can't go back to the previous room in the "Ruin" DLC.

The robot that is split apart is a reference to when Monty gets damaged and only has his upper half of his body and the trash can is either Roxy being crushed by the race car or Chica get smashed by the trash compactor, I believe that it’s Chica because she was crushed in a trash compactor and it’s a trash bin

You can just enter three the vent in Freddy’s room with the screw driver then when you leave the door let’s you leave but not go back in it makes the same sound track for a little bit and you can enter the same way in the others rooms an no Monty won’t be in there😂 that sound track will be on repeat a little while

this is disproval of the "Monty decommissioned bonnie" theory. why would he decommission bonnie for his place on the stage and then skip out on shows to go back to Monty golf?
