I really hope this means that Sun + Moon are gonna be used in the future of FNAF. They're such a cool character and it sucks to see them so under-utilized.
I honestly have a feeling that, much like the other Glamrock animatronics (Freddy possibly having some PTSD, Montgomery having anger issues, Chica having an eating disorder and Roxanne having self esteem issues), Sunnydrop and Moondrop both have anxiety. They want to appease the public.
It's most likely an organized mess, looks like a hellhole but the person (in this case Moon and Sun) who made it knows where everything is and can easily find it Fun fact: It's also a common trait highly intelegent people have!
Funny how this is the only one of these minigames (the NOT Princess Quest ones) actually in the initial release game, as Chica's Feeding Frenzy, which is also mentioned in the messages and has an unfinished version in the files as someone discovered, isn't normally accessible and is, well, unfinished.

2:50 the glitches in these are actually really great, not just some aesthetic exterior that other creators use. like the lagging/pausing on a frame of the game and stuff made me think my internet was acting up. love how it gets REAL bad/engulfing too and seems really difficult to play. the cut to sun's face didnt seem like a cheap horror tactic at all, very fitting.
I think this suggests that the symbolism of Sun and Moon does have something to do with Glitchtrap and William Afton. I don't think it's a coincidence that Sun and Moon share models, and that the moon it still visible on Sun's face. This could be a reference to William Afton's descent into madness. In the original teasers it says the moon shines forever and ever. I think this shows William always had a dark side (The Moon on Sun's face) but after his children (The Lights) died, he became completely evil and mad. (The Moon)
👀 I think that seems pretty plausible! Also William Afton has an influence on all the animatronics in the Mega Pizzaplex (including the daycare attendant) and it may be the cause of Moon’s aggressive and not so child friendly personality!
I think its because aftons programing and not a reference to William. As moon was made by them to watch over or protect the children while the lights go out while their sleeping. But Aftons programing could be making moon more aggressive against the children and Gregory which is why you get the message about how that kid cries when the lights go out.
personally, i like to believe that the balloon world arcade machine in sun/moon's greenroom is the cause of moon's hyper aggressive state. maybe moon played the minigame, getting the glitched end, and got infected by glitchtrap, while sun stayed unaffected. "good night", something moon repeats time after time again right before he charges for you. this could also be why sun seemed strangely terrified when gregory unintentionally turned the lights off

Really Makes me wonder why BB doesnt appear anywhere not even as just an annamatronic but just as a statue of balloon holder. Youd think in a place so big theyd want to fill it with faces kids and adults remember.
But Balloon boy was originally from the location of the bite of 87 and the location keeping the original suits holding the bodies of the dead kids, so I doubt they want anyone to remember it.
In one of the play videos. I think CoryxKenshin's, there was an area underground I believe that had these service bots gathered around a table, but they were fixed up to look like people and three of them reminded me of BB, Baby, and Ballora. I figured that was just an easter egg though.
i don’t rlly think anyone would remember balloon boy. he was from the 1987 location, and i heard that security breach supposedly takes place in the 2060s, making it ab 80 years since balloon boy was introduced. he was also last seen in the fnaf 3 location i think, which takes place in like the 2020s+ or smth, so if he was remembered by adults, they’d only remember he was apart of a horror attraction, not to mention he wouldn’t suit the whole ‘modern and futuristic’ look of the pizzaplex. i can only rlly see the elderly being able to remember him
I feel like the arcade conspiracy isn’t hinting towards completing all princess quest games. I think it’s hinting towards completing every single arcade game in the entire game in one play through. To do this you’d have to glitch every arcade game and then go to Vanny at the end to complete her third princess quest. I feel like that would give you a different endijg than the regular princess quest ending

The note says "the others are protecting it" and in some cases ive noticed that AFTER you break chica, roxy and monty, They stay in specific areas more often than not. (I've noticed chica mostly staying in the arcade in my playthrough after i smushed her) So perhaps there are machines in those areas that the animatronics are guarding?

theres another bb world arcade cabinet you can find once you go the cannon ending route. not sure bc i haven't beaten bb world bc it takes forever to do but you maybe be able to play it once you do all other possible arcade cabinets
Curiously the 'objects' floating in the glitched portals almost resemble an EEG/ECG. Possibly Glitchtrap's...'brain waves' or 'heart beat' signifying Afton's favorite phrase "I always come back" or the other which is the hidden message in the original Princess Quest "I am ALIVE!"
I have a theory that with the sun and moon combined, they turn into another character that hasn’t been seen. What if the solar eclipse character was supposed to be the original daycare attendant, but something went wrong and they scrapped him? Then Glitchtrap, or even possibly Vanny, helped him and tried inserting him in the game via the portals. Since we know Glitchtrap has a way of sending messages through, well, glitches, this might be a way to get the eclipse back in the spotlight possibly.
Was there a deleted option to redeem a glamrock character? The concept seems to occasionally be brought up in the game but never seems to go anywhere cause gregory doesnt care about them. Was there originally a plan to redeem a glamrock character but was eventually scrapped before game completion?
redeem as in rescuing one from vannys control or redeem as in bring one back? with glamrock qbonnie being heavily hinted at i was expecting him to be re-built by the player and help get us to 6am or help get an ending. might of been a scrapped idea or something for the future dlc
id very much like that seeing as how (spoilers) when you go to the control room and the robots are banging on the doors and you can shock them, that's like a center control station. you could theoretically use that to disconnect them from the network and then once they are disconnected you'd need to get back to them and manually boot them up. they would be hostil at first but you could call Freddy to defend you, and he will talk to them, doing this would remove the option to obtain there ability but allow you to use another button to call them to use it instead and they would no longer be an enemy. this would however boost the other two to hunt you even harder and be more aggressive with tactics like ripping open random hiding spots or waiting behind corners (you'd still hear there breathing if they were waiting to ambush you) to surprise you
I just want to take a moment to compliment the thumbnail. The way you angled the passage to the arcade game to make it look like the moon and then have the sun on the other half is super neat!
I'm guessing this may be a bit of a Remnant from a past idea for the game. Maybe in the same way Princess Quest 1-3 are tied to Vanny, there were Arcade Games for each of the hostile animatronics that could also free them from Afton's control; Balloon World for Sun and Moon, Monty Golf for Monty, Chica's feeding frenzy for Chica, and then probably a racing type game for Roxy.
Technically you don't have to actually *complete* the game in order to get the achievement, just enter the glitch area. It gives you the achievement even if you get kicked back out, which is what happened to me. I still made sure to complete it, for bragging rights.
Next arcade to investigate? Perhaps Monty's Golf with the balloon Stage with all the numbers, and then see if you can use that at the Lucky star by the Daycare? We thought those numbers might be special, and the Lucky star by the Daycare is one of the only places with all the other numbers around. As well as an ATM that wants an item.

I'm betting that's Gregory's hiding place. Like he snuck into the mall and has been living there for some time. Perhaps that's the reason why he was so distrustful of Vanessa when he saw her because he's been hiding there for quite some time and the only beings he ever sees at night are the robots. I mean Vanny's got her own hideout in the mall and that spot definitely looks like it's been occupied quite a number of times.
Yeah, that's more of Sundrops/Moondrops room. Gregory's hideout might be the space under the ship in the area beside Monty's golf. There was some snacks, clothes, and even a tv.
He doesn’t, in one of the endings (I’m decently sure it’s the one where you just leave) he goes and sleeps outside in a box. He’s homeless, also, Vanessa has apparently been working there for quite a while based on how she acts and some of the emails.
thats prolly just sun’s or moon’s personal arcade that he dragged in there himself. the room is def not in any state for children to be in. it’s like a little nesting roost almost
If you beat the balloon game, does the other balloon game in the room Burntrap/William Afton is change? Or maybe you can access the other arcade games you need to do(the ones the message mentions)? I bet the upgrades or the Faz Blaster or Fazcam might be use for this purpose. This is just a guess.
Theory I think it’s “eclipse” it’s both sun and moon merging and by playing the game and completing it you merge sun and moon into eclipse which gives sun and moon a more balanced control over each other…supposedly but since the text read goodnight this could also mean that eclipse is actually just moon raking completely over and sun is no more.
If anybody is obsessed with the fnaf lore, like me, you might’ve noticed something. Once he beat the game, there was a leaderboard, which is already weird considering where you have to go to find the game, but then in 3rd place, is cc. Or C.C? Also known as the crying child? What if he (The crying child) went through all of this, and has done all of this already, or what if he’s stuck in there somewhere? I know it doesn’t make much sense but when I saw that on the leaderboard that was all I could think about.
I think people need to start letting go of the idea that the ghosts of the previous children are still around. It was made perfectly clear that the end of Pizzeria Sim freed their spirits and they are no longer around. The only "ghost" that's still around is Afton

However because they are not programmed to do that it would be a glitch (which would explain the glitches in the game). woaah i didn't know the sun's room was actually accessible thru regular gameplay, that's so cool wtf! :o i saw it in an out of bounds secrets video and i think the dude said it was a "scrapped area" but i remember thinking that it looked a little too well put together to just be a random inaccessible scrapped room, especially since there's a whole hallway and poster door leading there thru the theatre of all places 🤔 super interesting stuff! i honestly didn't even see the portals until you mentioned it, makes me wonder how people figured could have possibly figured out about this and then also knew to intentionally take damage and follow the portal stream 😳 also wonder how many little things like this scott hid in the game that we haven't found yet. fnaf fans are a different breed when it comes to sniffing out secrets tho so i doubt they'll remain hidden for long lol 😆
Some people are calling the "Sun" character during the glitch segment "Eclipse." The character looks like a very color-burnt version of Sun with a more Moon-esc face and the dialogue "Good night" which is a line Moon says. A solar eclipse is when the moon covers the sun. Maybe this represents how Moon got sick with the Glitchtrap virus, for lack of a better term, and overpowered Sun. I'm not quite certain, but that's my favorite theory.
My theory is that the person trying to get noticed by the princess in princess quest is Vanny, let me explain. In the mobile version of help wanted the princess quest is first introduced, when you reach the end of the game, if you’re aware, glitchtrap showed up. What would happen if we play the game once more in the plex? Would Vanny succeed in what she’s possibly planning? Keep in mind that in the secret ending springtrap came back with glitchtraps power to control things. What is the point of princess quest?
Spoilers: Princess Quest represents Vanessa's struggle resisting the influence of Glitchtrap. If you manage to pass the three games, you will unlock the best ending.
wait I just realized something, the game or secret ending is glitch trap. as you follow the path it shows glitch traps colour palette which means it is his body and suit in Help Wanted, but it's all spread out and glitched.

THEORY TIME :D I think its either one these: - Sun is programmed to clean up the daycare and teach the kids to not make a mess, but nobody cares abt his room. I don’t know if it’s been theorized but what happens if the princess in princess quest is Vanny? Like glitch trap brought her out to be his minion and playing all three princess quests was a way for her to go back in her game. Like it makes sense that after playing all three games then shows the cut scene and the Vanny mask just on the floor with no one to be seen
ik this is probably a popular thought but i believe that the model for "glitch" sun is based of a solar eclipse, specifically a ring of fire one where the moon covers the sun at such an angle that a ring of the sun is visible around the moon. it doesnt go extremely dark, but rather a tint of red, similar to the sky in this glitched phase
I do believe that's suns alternate personality that's more agreesive used when dimming the lights theorized to be when parents are more aggressive or if someone enters the daycare but he glitched and tends to kill whoever he wants.
Although I think understand this MiniGame, I could understand how the sun animatronic connects to this MiniGame, so Balloon boy must have had his own restaurant or own room stage, I think the kid possessing balloon boy used to give balloons to other people or was obsessed with balloons hence the reason for the name balloon boy, now how the sun fits in, I believe that the sun animatronic was a mascot originally used, so I believe that William Afton Used the suit to lure The spirit of Balloon Boy and then killed the child that possesses balloon boy and the sun smiling or grinning was the last thing that the spirit of balloon boy saw before he died.
The Sun was created to run the Daycare as the Attendant. William died years and years before the Pizzaplex was made. The Pizzaplex was made in the 2040s or 2050s. Afton died in the 1990s.
Interesting the glitch world in this video reminds me of a solar eclipse Wich can explain why at the end it says good night cuz it kinda looks like sun is being coved by moon (animatronic wize)
I feel like the sun and moon are perhaps another person who died in fnaf. I think this arcade cabinet is significant in some sort of way, as you have to go out of your way to find it. perhaps sun is the human side of sun/moon, and moon is the side controlled by glitchtrap, as sun never directly tries to kill the player, only moon does. Similarly, Freddy also doesn't try to kill the player.

you can do a minigame in Monty's golf where you play golf.

The sun and the moon are the same character, but different personas. They're already technically combined.

Was there a deleted option to redeem a glamrock character? The concept seems to occasionally be brought up in the game but never seems to go anywhere cause gregory doesnt care about them. Was there originally a plan to redeem a glamrock character but was eventually scrapped before game completion?
in the true ending, Freddy doesn't have any of the upgrades.
redeem as in rescuing one from vannys control or redeem as in bring one back? with glamrock qbonnie being heavily hinted at i was expecting him to be re-built by the player and help get us to 6am or help get an ending. might of been a scrapped idea or something for the future dlc

id very much like that seeing as how (spoilers) when you go to the control room and the robots are banging on the doors and you can shock them, that's like a center control station. you could theoretically use that to disconnect them from the network and then once they are disconnected you'd need to get back to them and manually boot them up. they would be hostil at first but you could call Freddy to defend you, and he will talk to them, doing this would remove the option to obtain there ability but allow you to use another button to call them to use it instead and they would no longer be an enemy. this would however boost the other two to hunt you even harder and be more aggressive with tactics like ripping open random hiding spots or waiting behind corners (you'd still hear there breathing if they were waiting to ambush you) to surprise you
It was probably scrapped, because judging by the first trailer, a lot of things were changed
i think it is becuase how sun and moon are the same bot but the portal causes a solar eclipse in the game bring about both entities out at once.

I'm guessing this may be a bit of a Remnant from a past idea for the game. Maybe in the same way Princess Quest 1-3 are tied to Vanny, there were Arcade Games for each of the hostile animatronics that could also free them from Afton's control; Balloon World for Sun and Moon, Monty Golf for Monty, Chica's feeding frenzy for Chica, and then probably a racing type game for Roxy.

Sun isn’t affected. And I think moon is meant to kill people, as in the programming in order to stop thieves or vandals.
Technically you don't have to actually *complete* the game in order to get the achievement, just enter the glitch area. It gives you the achievement even if you get kicked back out, which is what happened to me. I still made sure to complete it, for bragging rights.

Well it looks like an eclipse so maybe if the lights are flickering really fast sun will become not moon but eclipse mixing the behaviour of both.

I'm betting that's Gregory's hiding place. Like he snuck into the mall and has been living there for some time. Perhaps that's the reason why he was so distrustful of Vanessa when he saw her because he's been hiding there for quite some time and the only beings he ever sees at night are the robots.
I mean Vanny's got her own hideout in the mall and that spot definitely looks like it's been occupied quite a number of times.

Yeah, that's more of Sundrops/Moondrops room. Gregory's hideout might be the space under the ship in the area beside Monty's golf. There was some snacks, clothes, and even a tv.
He doesn’t, in one of the endings (I’m decently sure it’s the one where you just leave) he goes and sleeps outside in a box. He’s homeless, also, Vanessa has apparently been working there for quite a while based on how she acts and some of the emails.

If you beat the balloon game, does the other balloon game in the room Burntrap/William Afton is change? Or maybe you can access the other arcade games you need to do(the ones the message mentions)? I bet the upgrades or the Faz Blaster or Fazcam might be use for this purpose. This is just a guess.

It seems kinda weird that the note that gives a hint towards the princess quest ending takes way more effort than getting that ending itself.
Theory I think it’s “eclipse” it’s both sun and moon merging and by playing the game and completing it you merge sun and moon into eclipse which gives sun and moon a more balanced control over each other…supposedly but since the text read goodnight this could also mean that eclipse is actually just moon raking completely over and sun is no more.
If anybody is obsessed with the fnaf lore, like me, you might’ve noticed something. Once he beat the game, there was a leaderboard, which is already weird considering where you have to go to find the game, but then in 3rd place, is cc. Or C.C? Also known as the crying child? What if he (The crying child) went through all of this, and has done all of this already, or what if he’s stuck in there somewhere? I know it doesn’t make much sense but when I saw that on the leaderboard that was all I could think about.
I think people need to start letting go of the idea that the ghosts of the previous children are still around. It was made perfectly clear that the end of Pizzeria Sim freed their spirits and they are no longer around. The only "ghost" that's still around is Afton

I know this may sound silly but I think balloon boy spirit is trapped in or haunts the MiniGame.
Glitches never automatically mean glitchtrap. The only characters shown in the game are sun/moon and balloon boy.

woaah i didn't know the sun's room was actually accessible thru regular gameplay, that's so cool wtf! :o i saw it in an out of bounds secrets video and i think the dude said it was a "scrapped area" but i remember thinking that it looked a little too well put together to just be a random inaccessible scrapped room, especially since there's a whole hallway and poster door leading there thru the theatre of all places 🤔

Some people are calling the "Sun" character during the glitch segment "Eclipse." The character looks like a very color-burnt version of Sun with a more Moon-esc face and the dialogue "Good night" which is a line Moon says. A solar eclipse is when the moon covers the sun. Maybe this represents how Moon got sick with the Glitchtrap virus, for lack of a better term, and overpowered Sun. I'm not quite certain, but that's my favorite theory.
My theory is that the person trying to get noticed by the princess in princess quest is Vanny, let me explain. In the mobile version of help wanted the princess quest is first introduced, when you reach the end of the game, if you’re aware, glitchtrap showed up. What would happen if we play the game once more in the plex? Would Vanny succeed in what she’s possibly planning? Keep in mind that in the secret ending springtrap came back with glitchtraps power to control things. What is the point of princess quest?

as you follow the path it shows glitch traps colour palette which means it is his body and suit in Help Wanted, but it's all spread out and glitched.

I think its either one these:
- Sun is programmed to clean up the daycare and teach the kids to not make a mess, but nobody cares abt his room. Like, he could let a bomb explode there and they wouldnt even talk abt it🌚
- Sun cares so much abt the kids in the daycare that he cleans it up anyways even though he hates cleaning

More than a glitchy sun, it looks like an eclipse (see: the ring around the edges of the face) whic would mean sun AND moon at the same time
ik this is probably a popular thought but i believe that the model for "glitch" sun is based of a solar eclipse, specifically a ring of fire one where the moon covers the sun at such an angle that a ring of the sun is visible around the moon. it doesnt go extremely dark, but rather a tint of red, similar to the sky in this glitched phase
I feel like, from the logs, you should be able to glitch some of the other arcade games along with BB world and then something might happen

I do believe that's suns alternate personality that's more agreesive used when dimming the lights theorized to be when parents are more aggressive or if someone enters the daycare but he glitched and tends to kill whoever he wants.

Although I think understand this MiniGame, I could understand how the sun animatronic connects to this MiniGame, so Balloon boy must have had his own restaurant or own room stage, I think the kid possessing balloon boy used to give balloons to other people or was obsessed with balloons hence the reason for the name balloon boy, now how the sun fits in, I believe that the sun animatronic was a mascot originally used, so I believe that William Afton Used the suit to lure The spirit of Balloon Boy and then killed the child that possesses balloon boy and the sun smiling or grinning was the last thing that the spirit of balloon boy saw before he died.
The Sun was created to run the Daycare as the Attendant. William died years and years before the Pizzaplex was made. The Pizzaplex was made in the 2040s or 2050s. Afton died in the 1990s.
Interesting the glitch world in this video reminds me of a solar eclipse Wich can explain why at the end it says good night cuz it kinda looks like sun is being coved by moon (animatronic wize)

I feel like the sun and moon are perhaps another person who died in fnaf. I think this arcade cabinet is significant in some sort of way, as you have to go out of your way to find it. perhaps sun is the human side of sun/moon, and moon is the side controlled by glitchtrap, as sun never directly tries to kill the player, only moon does. Similarly, Freddy also doesn't try to kill the player.
This genuinely gives DDLC vibes
