That's kind of a messed up thing to say, she filmed it cause he was falling out and wouldn't believe it for his own health benefit, as far as the substance abuse goes I wouldn't trust a guy that has never took his wife out and had a few drinks or in this case something similar, I mean they were indulging together, it wasn't like she was giving him something in his sleep, how would you feel being in her spot and a bunch of nobody's picking at ya? I wouldn't imagine to good.
Rich had a great heart! I met him once at Golds gym. He was helping a girl create a promo video for her personal fitness. I played the part of a guy that jumps out of a car to hit on her and she beats me up and throws me over the car. The car that I jump out of was a sick mustang roush that Rich said that he loved but was about to sell. He let me drive it for the shoot as well as let the actress use it without charging her. He also let her throw me on the hood. Here is the best part. He asked what she was paying me and I told him $60. He said take the $60 and Im gonna triple that because you kicked ass today. He gave me an extra $180 + $20 for gas. He was so nice and cool!

Last thing I remember Rich said about this woman was that he caught her on the phone with her mom saying how she's only with him for a green card. At the time she had nothing to say but now that Rich is no longer with us it's like her mouth opens right up to say how innocent she was and Dave just eats it right up. Pure disrespect toward someone who inspired millions to get into weight lifting and now this video inspired me to move on from this channel. Unsubbed.
Dave is a two-faced snake. He likes videos that undermine others and glorifies himself. Notice how he tried to validate himself in the interview several times while bringing up Rich's drug use. GTFOH
To be fair to Dave, he isn’t an investigative journalist. He isn’t a tough question, fact checking, getting the truth out interviewer. He’s an ask questions and let them talk with a bit of push back to talk some more interviewer
she may have just been telling her mother something that mom wanted to hear, her mom might have said that she did not like rich ( in their private phone conversation) and daughter might have responded to mom to make her feel better - this happens a lot with all of us throughout life. Sometimes a person may say something just to make the other laugh, or to feel better - they may or may not mean it at all at the moment. Plus her green card may have been a part of the reason she married him, so what ? He was a fake weirdo anyway.

As someone who married someone from another country, the foreigner is given a probationary 3 year visa. During this 3 year term you must live together and remain married. After 3 years you file for an extended 10 year visa where you can then separate/divorce or anole. But if any situation happens legally or within the relationship during the 3 year probationary term the visa can be revoked/ terminated. So if they were only together for a year, she can absolutely have her visa revoked which she said wasn’t the case. Food for thought.

I have to disagree with the haters here. It sounds like Rich Piana's first wife had a stranglehold on him. I think it's important to listen to all sources of information (Rich Piana's own explanation videos and Sara's explanation). This gives a more balanced view, rather than just listening to one source of information and taking it as 100% truth. All people lie or sugarcoat information. Thanks for this interesting interview Dave!
