Love the video the only problem is when ever i put a custom police car on police5 the dlc liveries spawn with the car and cant remove them, is there anyway to remove the liveries?
Mines not copying the the patchday25 folder properly. It copies the folder, but not the contents of the folder. I opened up the folder to see if it may have been empty but it wasn't, it had everything in it, its just not copying correctly.
im having a lot of trouble with the links you listed I had to go find the els mod and the site that script hook v go's to wont let me start the download I've closed and reopend the page and clicked download about 10 times now not sure whats going on

Do you know how to fix the problem where, when your adding the cars xml file it doesn’t get placed into the file? It just asks to replace but nothing happens?

im confused about the numbers. what does police 1-3 mean? does that mean if I call code 3 backup whatever that police number is will that one show up? also I'm doing city patrol.

Open IV wont let me place the cars in, im in edit.mode, ive followed every tiny step, ive tried running as admin, it just shows a 🚫 as my cursor when i try and move ANY file into it.
Edit: it doesn't show the 🚫 when I try and place it when it's zipped, or with other files. But when I open the zipped "BCSO mega-pack" folder to where it's not zipped anymore, it no longer gives the option to place it and just shows🚫
After i completed all of this and followed every step, the els lighting was glitched and didnt work, I would hit E and only lighting woulf pop up was taillight flashers and my siren button was J and was the stock gta siren. Why do i have so many problems, ughhh
I’ve renamed my sheriff cars sheriff1,sheriff2,sheriff3 etc to spawn in I got a new pack and it will only load sheriff2 when I try to spawn it in I added them individually to the pack default as well and labeled them as such any help please?

I followed you step by step and when I go to openIV and click edit mode then I go to drag and drop vehicles in the path for the mods folder. It does this 🚫 everytime. I’ve played lspdfr like a year ago and added vehicles before so I don’t know what the problem is now.

Why do some people suggest different patchday(x)ng for the files? What is the difference, and what is the rationale/determination of which one to use?

Possible solution: Is the vehicle pack Unzipped or opened in the program in the video? if you try to move it otherwise it will give an error message.
Open up your downloaded vehicle mods through winrar, and drag and drop on openiv like you normally would. Worked for me
