Hi man, my 2008 smc has this problem but seems like it only happens after riding for a while. Yesterday i rode for 3-4 hours and thought it was misfiring a couple times and then after abt 3 hours it shut off. Waited for 20 sec and it worked again then started stuttering and shutting off the while time i rode home. Today same happened again after riding for 2 hours.
Fixed it. Cleaned all the wiring connectors, fuses etc with elektronic spray (oxidated) New spark plug and cleaned the ignition coil wires and ground point (where the spark plug wire goes to) and it runs perfect again.

@@janccis no but whenever i put 1 gear it stops, and before that the heat on the speedometer is all the way up, but the engine not even that hot, idk what to do

You need a tune ecu program and recalibrated tpf sensors
