According to me sound plays a major role in experiencing the power, in bs3,4,6 bikes are almost producing same power and even in drags they are neck to neck the sound in bs3,4 makes the rider fell more power. there is a slight increase in weights of bs 6 bikes due to strict emission norms but ktm is doing a great job in the new rc line up the dry weight of rc 390 is just 160 kg 6-7 kg lighter than new bs6 thats why realfoks have a great respect for KTM.

To be clear why duke 390 can always win in terms of acceleration in a drag race with a rc 390 even if they have riders with same skill and weight is because duke kha power dilivery instant hain tohdha kam RPM sei hi power kick kar tha hain whereas Rc's power dilivery feels linear and power comes later in the RPM.Im saying from experience.
