My human rights have been violated since 2009, false imprisoned after awarded sum of capital from lawsuit regarding my father's death, John w irby. I appear before judge shir..the same judge that awarded the money and they say my income is illegal and or counterfeit. I provide receipts and proof of income to the courts and they swap judges, swap discoveries, and swap charges. I then am coerced into a plea while my uncle Roby irby is present. Roby Irby opposing party of lawsuit..they just wanted money, and a blackwater murderer and capital investigator. He was present transport of prisoner mark Beasley for violent crimes and parole violation. I am sent to same prison as Mark Beasley, my uncle Roby irbys prisoner...by " mistake. " Roby told sheriff Rob russell to" put corn rows" in my hair during the coercion. My identity in IDOC was " mistaken" with black gang bangers. ..this explains the corn rows in hair comment... and this was the " reason" they sent me to medium max prison pinkneyville with the wrong identity. Counsler kissero tells me " state made a mistake we need to get you to b of I immediately and retake your picture and transfer you out of this facility" I am transferred to Sheridan told by rehab counselor that " multiple individuals appear under my inmate number" I'm released to my house and property destroyed. 504 2nd street henry Illinois. A random black guy named Tom Burgin living in my house. After I succeed at evicting these people from my property, I'm assaulted multiple times and my house arsoned. I am currently being assaulted, attempted murdered, more false charges, as cops tell me they are going to put false charges on me, while I'm assaulted and the assailants tell me they are going to murder me. I have no rights in usa except to be beaten, falsely charged, as murderers roam free with a badge...furthermore.....Joe hoskins..a drive by shooter over drug money in lacon il, bragged about paying off fbi 75 grand..Joe shot at nick Graham in lacon il, over drugs, pays off fbi 75 grand then is rewarded with a pot farm to sell to dispensaries connected to umphreys mcgee...umphreys mcgee bandmember Jake cinnagers dad was also cia
