    She tried to ruin his ENTIRE life... She even succeeded for awhile. She doesn't deserve to be left alone. She not leaving him alone. She immediately bashed him after the verdict and is already saying she's gonna appeal. She deserves everything she gets.

      She will lose the appeal. She should have won the original trial, but her case was so transparent, and flimsy, that no jury could ever be blinded by it. They saw right through the act. Everyone in America saw through the act.
      She will appeal because she is desperate. But there is no scenario in this where she gets what she wants. The fact that she is even still considering continuing to fight shows just how big of a sociopath this woman is!

    If someone's trying to say DV victims are the same as her, that's an insult. I don't get this whole "setting domestic victims back" crap. The victim won. Depp was abused, silenced for years, was vilified by the very person abusing him. Gimme a break, this was a win for abuse victims everywhere. Amber separating victims into genders is a disgraceful way of shielding herself from accusations. Anyone can be a victim and anyone could be an abuser. The facts and evidence is what matters most, and justice prevailed in this case/

      This should be top comment. It doesn't set victims back. Justice prevailed. The victim won. I'm a supporter of the idea that the punishment for abusing someone by pretending to be a victim, should be equivalent to the consiquences of the false accusation and the punishment they would have faced if the false accusations won in court.

      What you're missing in your argument is the completely hypocritical double-standard of domestic violence in this country. Americans actually fooled themselves, for a time, into thinking that ONLY WOMEN could be victims of abuse! Men were too... manly, I guess, to ever be abused by a woman. The media perpetuated this double-standard, because that's what they wanted America to think.
      And that's what the Hollywood Shill Media is aiming at here. They want this stereotype to keep perpetuating, because the media is run by extremist-liberal feminists, who hate men. And this trial's outcome dealt MAJOR DAMAGE to that brand of propaganda. This case didn't set back domestic victims in general. What it set back was THE MEDIA'S brand of domestic victims, which in their eyes is only women!
      The media is crying about this, because THEY'VE lost the trial, along with Amber Heard. Their readers aren't just going to sheepishly believe every woman who cries "foul" anymore. And that's the way it should be. Judicial trials, not public opinion, should be the factor that determines the outcome of these cases.

There's no stronger hate that the hate of an ex fan. And she didn't look good on the stand. The sympathies she played on was ALL for leverage and that was at the expense of REAL survivors of abuse. And worse than that, anyone who was a REAL survivor who listened to audio in this trial will tell you she's an abuser and Depp is a bona fide survivor of domestic abuse. He's lucky he made it out with his life. He could have ended up like Gary Coleman, thrown down stairs and his widow never prosecuted.

    Except for Burr and maybe Delia, the rest of the comedians seem pretty uninformed of what's happening. Almost all of the recordings were by Heard. Quite a number of them were done as part of marriage therapy as Heard often argues about something or gaslights Depp and then later denies she said that so hence the recordings for the counselor. The rest of the recordings were done on the sly by her without his knowledge but somehow almost all of end up implicating her instead.

    I think the problem with statements like "Believe all women" start out with the right idea but slowly become twisted as people forget the words that come after that. Much like "The customer is always right", people forget that the rest of that sentence is "in matters of taste." When they started saying "Believe all women" it meant that you listen to her, don't blame her ("she's asking for it" etc), remove her from the abusive situation (or remove the alleged abuser) and follow it up with investigation and all the rest depending on what's found. We should all try to remember those things when we hear such blanket statements (there is usually more behind it that you may not know).
    TLDR: "Believe all women" really just means to listen and help, NOT to assume guilt of the accused.

We should all be on the side of truth and we should hold our friends and family to account. The time for letting this mess go should be over. I read an old ad from probably the 60s, idk, it said blah blah most men have stopped beating their wives.... How sick is that? • @shaylablueangel
    @shaylablueangel ปีที่แล้ว +2

    When you talked about the groups going quiet. So true, you never hear anything, they should be standing up and condemning that person. But the reason they don’t, is because, 1. It doesn’t fit their narrative (believe everything we tell you, because we are right and you are wrong). And, 2. They don’t actually believe in the things they say they do. Example, feminists say they support all women, they want women to make their own choice, they don’t need a man to save them, etc… I am a stay at home mom, by my own choice. They do not support me, they say that I’m hurting the cause, I’m just being led by a man, they actually will talk down on me for making this decision. They don’t support me, they don’t support all women, only the women that want to be CEO’s, the believe in abortion, believe they can do whatever they won’t to their bodies, disrespect men. If you don’t do those things, they don’t support you. Same with Black Lives Matter, I’m black, but I talk using real words not slang, I have friends of every color and country, I don’t think America is a racist country as a whole, (some racist people that are in America, but not America itself). I respect police, I stand for the flag, I believe in responsibility, work hard for your money, nothing is free. Biggest problems that are facing the black community is, low education standards in the urban areas and father absence, racism is not even close to that. But you have black people saying that I’m not black, that I’m a cracker, that I’m a Uncle Tom. They will turn their backs on me in a heart beat. So sad, but so true.🤷🏽‍♀️

Its been proven time after time that women lie and bring false charges against men. Often times during divorce cases. They also allege child abuse & sexual assault against fathers.
      I have seen too many cases like this and known several woman like this. Not saying it does not happen, however, we cannot make assumptions that women are believable just because they are women. Nor, can we believe men are liars simply because they are men.

Look at some female comedians on TikTok, all you saw were male comedians (that I do agree with, but not their spin about other women). Us women are the largest and most outspoken Depp defenders. I didn't take a side when the allegations were made. I don't know them. I surely thought that is odd about Depp because he has been with many top notch beautiful/successful women and they all denied any type of abuse. I waited for the trial, and it didn't take long for us females to sniff out a fucking liar. Even more so, actual victims. Ambers team is the one that led with "believe all females", Depp's team said "Look at the evidence and men can abused as well"

    I think Camille Vasquez said in her closing arguments to flip the roles on the tape where she tells him "I was hitting you, I didn't punch you." If a man said that he'd be arrested and crucified by the media. As a woman, I can honestly say, that is abuse. Whether a man did it or a woman did it, it's abuse. End of story.
    Not sure if the saying is known in the UK, but for a while (at least a decade) to say someone "S#*t the Bed" means a massive fail, frequently irreparably. (when you die all your muscles totally relax, and you might....) The saying is especially appropriate in this case!
    I just hope Amber Turd gets treatment for her terrible, uncontrolled case of Liabetes.
    It's pretty clear which of them is trying to move on, and who won't let it go and leave the other alone. She must be a legal and PR nightmare! The best teams in the world can only do so much with an uncooperative, lying, manipulative client who thinks they know better about everything.
    I can totally see Johnny forgiving the debt and not making her actually pay the money if she agrees to drop her appeal and shut up about it, tho I doubt she'd agree to that. Her ego won't let her, as we've seen throughout this case. She won't give an inch on anything. But apparently in Virginia, to appeal she must first put up a bond for the amount of the judgement, and we know she can't afford that. Don't forget about the millions she's racked up in attorney fees, on top of the judgement, for the trial, but also for an appeal. (there's rumors her homeowners insurance or some wealthy benefactor, possibly her baby's father, is paying for her attorneys so far) There's a hearing coming up that will determine if she has to pay Depp's attorney fees too, tho many say it's unlikely since she won on 1 counter-claim.
    Amber Heard can't even escape the judgement in Bankruptcy because the jury found there was "actual malice." Since it was intentional damage, it's non-disgchargeable, and Ban kruptcy is federal, not state.

    The internet bullies everyone all the time, they go after Fallon like he beat up a kitten because they think he’s fake sometimes. This time they’re actually going after someone that very likely slammed someone’s head into a door and tortured them over an extended period, how is this the time to go oh well this time we should really be civil. The internet is rarely civil at least let it be aimed at someone like that, and for a woman to be attacked as the bad guy rather than a dude for once.
    It’s crazy though how different the guy is, a woman who goes through trial even as she’s winning as they almost always do she’s full of vengeance and resentment. This guy went through and is saying they should treat the women like let’s let bygones be bygones. And you know if she would have won that would not be the case but I get the aspirational point, sick of guys being the only good guys and bigger person at all times though and having to just take abuse from women because if you make a move how dare you because she’s a woman. And women are supporting Depp because he’s Depp, if this was a regular dude they would not be doing that and they never have done that. They have always taken the side of the women right away hence me too and it’s power, and also about half or more of guys take the side of women. In this case they took Depp sides because he is Jack Sparrow and other things and there was too much on his side and she was the way she is. It’s like if the guy loses people are like yeah slam him, if the woman loses as she almost never does suddenly everyone is like okay let’s be mature now and leave her alone.

    The comment about why would you sue someone because there is going to be a lot of stuff that you did that comes up. The reason is because she was operating on the thought, that, everyone would believe her because she is a women. They would just agree and move on, she would win, and make him look evil, because she was the “victim”. No one was going to take the time and look up the things she did, because how it’s been for so long. Especially in the celebrity world, she’s a girl, she says she’s a victim, and then the people run with that, start dogging out him, then by popular opinion, everything he said to try and defend himself, would be shot down. That’s why she did that, but she got proven wrong, and that’s why she looked like an idiot sitting up there, and everyday she look dumber and dumber. She didn’t know what to do.

    I wouldn't even forgive Johnny if he let her off the hook.
    Because my hate for Scamber Turd is too bigger than the love for Johnny.
    In fact I'm Johnny depp fan only because the way he fought this battle. And he has to continue fighting because that's the only virtuous thing to do.

    • @jacob4920
      @jacob4920 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Letting her off the hook only if she doesn't appeal the decision. He knows he's won. But he doesn't want to be dragged back into a courtroom, yet again, by the same person, for the same crimes, all over again, after he's already gone through weeks of trial over this crap. Nobody in his position would want that! If Amber Heard goes through with her appeal, he will skin her alive, financially. Only if she stops fighting, and goes quietly into obscurity, will he show mercy. So believe me, Johnny Depp isn't just sheepishly letting her off the hook for nothing here.

    • @JohnRed
      @JohnRed 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      She doesn't just ''marinate in the trial's verdict.'' She is networking with powerful people and other false accusers. She is still going after Johnny Depp, her girlfriend attack dog is going after people. TH-camrs who spoke about the trial are getting attacked, their channels false flagged. A lot of moves are being made to change the legal system, youtube and cameras in court. Amber Heard is friends with powerful people including the richest man in the world.
      The idea that you can just leave her alone and she'll go away quietly seething is not reality. This kind of mentality is what got Johnny Depp in trouble in the first place. He thought he'd just pay her 7 million and she'll go away and move on.

  • @citypopFM
    @citypopFM 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    He's not going after her money she doesn't nearly have and legally here, to appeal, she would still have to post bond equal to the judgment which she cannot do in the first place. I know she utilized some insurance to help pay for her legal team and whatnot but because the judgment included malice, that automatically excludes her from a lot of different options. Feasibly, he very well could garnish her wages and clean out her assets but his legal team has expressed he doesn't want the money, won't go through that whole route, and frankly Johnny Depp wipes his ass with $8 million dollars anyway. He has zero reason to further indulge this nightmare after already earning back his name and reputation.

    I think I agree with what Russel Brand said about this trial, that these are people going through something human but presented as spectacle and entertainment value, without any real applications to how we interact with people in our daily lives, like pondering on what the takeaway is. He put it more eloquently, which Brand has a really interesting way of conveying things, but I think he was trying to engage people with the concept of like, what meaning does this trial have for us, as presented? Once you dig past all the public opinion and the TH-cam clips, what effect does this actually have on each of their lives as human beings and what are they going through, what do they take away from it? The whole thing is kind of sad and weird.

    If the verdict was appealed, I don't think either Johnny or Amber would have had to be there every day (or at all). Appeals cases are usually very brief presentations of the cause for appeal by each side's attorney--generally a few hours--and then the appeals judges go to their offices and consider the issues for weeks. There's no witnesses or anything because the facts of the case are not retried, only errors of procedure or law.
