Iran seems to be quite a home for old aircrafts. Glad you were allowed cockpit visit, as not many other airlines do that.

They still keep a lot of old aircrafts due to sanctions but they keep the aircrafts well maintained

There Mad Dogs in Iran should be there for some time because of the sanctions and there are many Iranian airlines that still operates them

When in Iran I always booked Homa or Mahan as they are the safest andmost punctual airlines there.
