It feels like every mobile horror game is either a fnaf, hello neighbor, or granny clone with reviews, names, and descriptions written by a kid who eats paste because he thinks it’s ice cream.
Fun Fact: If I recall, the basement used in Neighbor Escape is from the Unity Asset store and is meant for top down rpg games, which is why there is no roof.

I once played City of Breach and you literally can't go to the next level if there even is one(I think my brain purposely blurred memories of that game because it was so bad), because I swear Glamrock Freddy has such a massive hitbox that he'll keep hitting you while ads are bombarding your gameplay after each death and even in game-play itself.

Nah, man, you ain't milking anything, each game is uniquely terrible, and it's pretty fun to see what garbage gets dumped on the store sometimes. You do enough variety that a third part wasnt remotely old.

Tbh insomnia is more a boogeyman clone than fnaf cuz you have similiar mechanics, but in boogeyman you have a better gameplay and atmosphere. In boogeyman theres also that cool mechanic where you pickup batteries from under the bed but then theres a chance that boogeyman can kill you. Boogeyman is a pretty cool game i think you should check it out
YEA THATS EXACTLY WHAT I THOUGHT. not only it is a ripoff of Boogeyman but its also a spinoff of Frosty Nights, another game where you play as a child where you sit on your bed and shoo away a monster. ik im 2 years late but I'm jus happy that I ain't the only one who has a certain opinion
The 50 foot FNAF robot game, while clearly terrible, does give me an idea for an interesting game. Sort of similar idea, trapped in an empty city with a kaiju trying to kill you, but instead of “let’s solve the mystery”, your objective is to search the city for rocket launchers and other means of killing the giant monster. Since you don’t start with any of these, it’s a mad scramble. I’m sort of reminded of Evolve, just with the monster being AI controlled instead of player controlled. Never actually played Evolve, though, so I don’t know if it’s even relevant.

Today while i was playing pvz2 i got a random ad of a subway surfer type game with huggy from poppy playtime completely covered with shit and the objective of the game was to collect pieces of shit. That was actually scarier than all of these games combined

“Neighbor Survival: Horror Game” looks like if somebody watched a clip of Monster House, misunderstood the entire plot of the movie and decided that they could make a Hello Neighbor rip off by combining the two. The title screen even looks like a poster for the movie!!

12:01 I can answer that. The map (and all the assets in this game) are bought from the unity asset store and thrown together to make a "game." It's known as asset flipping. Basically, that map you are exploring is supposed to be the base for an entire game, but they only used a small part of it, because they were expecting the player to just follow the lights. It's also why the style of the game just doesn't look tone consistent. Like, the neighborhood looks cartoont, but the old man looks realistic as an example.
This honestly reminds me of a time I’d go hunting for really bad mobile games, specifically ones based off of popular indie games. City of Breach Monsters was one of them. I remember this fever of a game with one of the most typical bad mobile game title ever: Five Nights At Hello Neighbour Bendy Baldi’s Basic Scary House. Or something convoluted like that. Some weird chunky Bendy (what I can only assume is Bendy-) model slowly walks around the map of a mansion. I don’t remember much of the game other than when you died, it said “You have dead. What’s a pity”. I am currently trying out another terrible game called “Escape from security-chapter 2”. I find it hilarious, but simultaneously headache inducing. You’re welcome for this essay 👌

Some games keep playing ads even if you turn off the Wi-Fi so that trick never usually works..
