I usually love your videos, but I don't like dishonest clickbait

Question: Many of you recommend limiting the number of active projects in Notion (ideally no more than 5). However, I manage about 100 business customers, each of whom is essentially an ongoing and never-ending “project.” Each customer requires notes, meeting records, and tasks associated with them. How would you recommend managing this kind of setup in Notion? Specifically, how can I use your template to effectively organise and track customer interactions without overloading my workspace? Perhaps you / someone has some ideas?

YOUR VIDEOS ARE JUST AMAZING. Your Video script, storytelling style and the Title hook, definitely extraordinary. Everyone's selling templates but you are genuinely delivering a solution and communicating the need of that through your content. I absolutely love your videos.
I have a little question about your screen recording tool, can you suggest me some apps please. The way the screen was zooming into specific areas where you were clicking or taking some actions, I would love to do short clips of such demo video for my clients too. Can you please hele me with the name of tools.

I like your videos a lot, but it is a bit click baity. And I guess that served its purpose as I watched it. 🤦‍♂You say you stopped using it then proceed to show how you use it when adding all the additional tasks. Why are you assigning tasks to projects, surely they are related and will automatically pick up the project. I let Notion track the time so I need to be in the task when I start and end it, but I get where you are coming from.

Appreciate your feedback. I've been doing a lot of tests with my content and I thought I'd do something more "clickable" than my usual stuff. Honestly really appreciate your feedback. Thank you :)

I am just new to using notion, one question: what if the time I spend on a task is longer than I expected? Can I compare the real time that I use on a task to the time expected? BTW, how can notion automatically track how much time I use on each task if I don't give it a time value?

As an instructor, I have the summer off and I want to spend time learning some organizing software. I'm currently trying to decide between Notion and AmpleNote. This video is certainly encouraging me in the direction of Notion, because it suggests that one can get to a point where the tool is getting out of the way. Also that time tracking looks like it could be useful.

time tracking in Notion is suuuper useful :) plus it can be automated if you use Notion Calendar (automatically calculates the time of each block into minutes)

I do over 100 emails per work at times at work , with audit stuff as well.
The only thing that matters is pin the emails that will take full concentration, or put it into calendar with reminder, the rest just dash through them in one go whenever.
Honestly all these productivity tools make me think there's too much time not actually working on the tasks.
    Welcome to Asian work level

The only clickbaiting i see here is duplicating tasks by dragging them down? Did you ctrl+d while dragging or is there a magic way i don't know about yet o-o
    (Very nice video tho! :))

    • @ProductiveSetups
      @ProductiveSetups  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

hahah, just hold down "option" (if you use Mac) and it will duplicate whatever item you're holding in Notion :)

I liked the click batey title.. I would not have clocked otherwise, i sub to a lot of places. But I am currently working on my notion productivity and definitely want to minimize the amount I use it. Your title resonated with my intentions, so I clicked on it.
Is this the world we live in now, where people are getting "triggered" by things as trivial as youtube titles..
What happens when they are a faced with a genuine crisis ? (rhetorical queston ... no need to answer this ... dont want to trigger the audience any further XD)
