I got three of these for my crazy little toddler boy grandbabies thanks to Bear for sharing your smart product.
I wish I had this when my kids were little.
I agree, these should be in everyone's carry first aid kit.
    Thanks!

Thanks very much, and big thanks to Bear from me as well! Refuge Medical is an awesome company and I can't thank them enough for getting these out to people. I hope you never need these for your grandbabies. But I predict you (and they) will find some off label uses sooner than you think. My kids keep surprising me.:)

Are there hemostatic agents already built into the wrap Sir? Do you recommend using a combat gauze in addition with the wrap for entry wounds?

      This is a great question!

Thanks for asking. I may put up a video some time showing older prototypes. Initially I had gauze, pressure bars, and hemostatic sewn in. But ultimately I just kept whittling down to what felt most useful and least confusing for the untrained civilian. The goal is for the item to be easy to carry, inexpensive and unlikely to cause harm.
At the end of the day, direct pressure is most intuitive and helpful to stop bleeding. So I went with an easy to apply cinch loop with very elastic material and nothing else. Gauze, hemostatic agents, TXA, etc can help but they add bulk and cost which decrease likelihood for EDC.
For medically savvy people like you, the optional pouch is big enough to add extra items which you feel could be useful... Narcan, ibuprofen, hemostatics, gauze, band aids... stickers for kids ;) Hopefully that's helpful.

      Excellent product sir.
Very KISS - no fuss no drama kit, definitely on my EDC list

@@ResQFrogman well for any would-be knockoff makers, please shoot me a note. I'll be happy to work with you. The goal of the product is to help people. So I'm not too worried there. But they better not break! ;)

I’ll keep eyes and ears out if I see any counterfeit from the usual suspect makers out in my side of the world- south east Asia .
