Good? I think that's an understatement, man. Canibus was a fuckin' beast, probably the best up-coming young MC at the time, and pretty much untouchable in his prime (1997-2003). Em was speaking very highly of him before their beef started, he was even calling him "the God" and things like that in his early interviews.

The Canibus song here is doo doo but Eminem's song was actually a response to another Canibus song called "U Didn't Care". Basically a concept song of what happens to Stan after the end of Eminem's original Stan song. There's also a skit just before the song called "Stan Lives" where Canibus is hanging out with his buddies and he witnesses Stan driving over the cliff and and he goes to save him. Probably not worth checking out but it's definitely better than this Canibus song.
Also, when Eminem asks what happened to Canibus's style... he's referring to the raspy hard voice that Canibus uses because on the album with those tracks he uses his regular voice to rap and it doesn't sound nearly as good.

For those who don't know this beef all started because LL Cool J told canibus he didn't like his verse on a song they was put on together, he told him he has to come harder than what he did. Then canibus went out a got a tat just like LL's on his shoulder of 2 microphones so boom that started a beef between them. Canibus has said he felt like Eminem wrote LL's diss towards him for him.
Canibus was a BEAST in his time, especially battle rapping; but I can't even give him 1W throughout the beef, he brought it here and there but, man Em.. CanIBitch, that was a parody rap and still leagues above his hardest diss track towards Em
