I'm wondering how the audio dub feature will work if you have music in the background of your video, or sound effects, or swears censored or uncensored
From the channels who have it in the initial test groups, they seem to be using AI voice separation, kind of like removing a voice from a song. The background remains but the voice is replaced. It’s obviously not quite as clean as the original but it’s getting better as they work it out
I think a lot of channels will. Keep in mind that some of these will start to trickle out in 2024 but for the most part, we won’t see many of these fully rolled out until next year.

I have now been waiting since they anounced multi audio channels to get it on my channel. I am still waiting. I am still having to produce a number of the same videos with different languages on which is such a messy way of doing it. Will this ever come to all of us I wonder now with this AI multi language?
It will eventually come to all channels just like thumbnail split testing did. The roll outs are always slow as the test and improve the features. This one, however, I think we’ll start seeing more widely available in 2025.
@@Daniel_Batal I wish I had your faith Daniel I think it was announced in Feb 2023 and still no signs even though they have said a few times since it was realeased that is was coming to all TH-cam channels. What is also very frustrating is the videos on TH-cam that show you how to add the alternative languages. Of course these are the chosen few and certainly not UK based like myself. Moan over smilly face back again🐱.
I have to say the Hype feature is exciting me along with communities as I'm having trouble engaging with my 157 subs so anything that helps me connect with my community is gonna be great
I’m super excited about communities. I think it has a lot of possibilities, and giving creators and viewers the ability to more easily converse is a huge win.

You still can reply with videos in your comment section (slightly different, I know). You have to go to your video itself on the mobile app and then open up the comment section. Find a comment you’d like to reply to, hit the reply option and you’ll notice to the right of where you can type, there is a camera icon that you can click and reply as a video short.
u were talking about the music thing they are working on.. check out a piece of kit called drum monkey its a music generator loaded with a ton of samples and it basically builds tracks on the fly and its basically infinte of what it can make.. i think thats what youtube might be aiming for with this.
What TH-cam is building is all AI generated from prompts. Last year, Charlie Puth was on stage demonstrating it with simple prompts. So effectively he could say, “Create an upbeat, inspirational love song about finding the perfect person sung by Charlie Puth” and it would create an entire song just like that, lyrics & music, sung with his voice.
@@Daniel_Batal sounds good.. drum monkey is basically click on a drum and it will generate the drum track with just the push of a button. there was if i remember a drop down menu to choose the genre as well. so sounds like an AI based on the the same idea.

The cool thing is that they all stored within a very small container that is also the charger, so it charges two mics and the receiver all at once. Also, the mics are magnetic with a small metal disk that you can just slide behind and magnetically connect almost any article of clothing.
Hello Daniel: I have a question. I've been looking on your channel for a video that shows you how to track someone in a video with an arrow. Have you produced a video that show how to track someone with an arrow. (The arrow follows them around) Thx in advance.
Problem is they need to update YPP. Programmatically generated content is against TOS. So anything made by AI would fall under that even tho they are pushing AI.
You could, you can pretty much edit anything in Resolve but a lot of gamers like to have software that also does screen capturing and has much simpler push button operations. Resolved definitely isn’t that. So, while da Vinci is a great pro level software, It may not be the best choice for your own particular needs. That’s Sort of up to you to decide what you need for your workflow.

I can read your comment. If your comments are being deleted, that’s because the Creator whose video you’re commenting on has filters in place that have removed them.
@@Daniel_Batal Many times, I will leave a thoughtful, comprehensive, non-offensive comment, which I took a lot of time and thought to communicate my idea, and I go back and it is gone. I have gotten in the habit of having to write my comments in notepad, and save offline, and if the comment is deleted, try different edits trying to figure out what was 'wrong', and many times I just give up.
Sometimes it’s not what you said, but how that creator has their filters set. For instance, I don’t allow any links to be placed in my comments so if someone tries to link something, it immediately goes to the spam filter. There are also certain words that scammers try to use on my audience like “WhatsApp, Instagram” things like that… That I try to disallow.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with working from your mobile device! They are so powerful these days and have amazing cameras in them… it’s never been a better time to make content, Neilson!

Some interesting developments... the AI has potential, but also open to abuse... the moderation is the issue in some of these features - and could we fully trust AI as a moderator...? you can see they are responding to the other channels and their formats for vertical, short attentions spans... and being YT, it is always going to be about the traffic and the revenue they can get... they are trying to be all things to all people - creators, consumers... they are aiming to be Netflix, Tik Tok and hopefully don't forget their core business - classic video viewing... linking the hardware - big TVs with smartphones is good... even if people can save to a 'watch later' list for when they only have their phones (commuting etc)...
@@Daniel_Batal I thought your sold them because of the "Harley Davidson Shirt". Even if your on "TH-cam sometimes you have to have a side job. Me, I now just upload my stuff on TH-cam because I could never figure out how to properly use TH-cam to make money. I just now use it to store my stuff that I come out with, so I don't loose it, But as I sent you an e-mail before and told you that I gave up on TH-cam, because mostly I just do music. Well, I don't feel that I have that much interesting content. I'm now writing songs with AI, With the platform Suno, I write the lyrics and it comes up the music, and the singer. I was just doing covers. then I was taking my poetry and putting it to music, then I was researching and putting out biblical stories, which I used "Mic Monster" to do the narration, now I'm creating AI songs, oh and I did do some original songs that I had put up there, but that didn't work either. Because of the frustration of TH-cam, I was thinking of taking my own life, because it was do devastatingly depressing. So, I got out of that funk, and I just decided not to look forward to anything with TH-cam and just use it as a storage bin so I don't loose anything, if people want to watch them great, if not who really cares. I can't figure out the platform so I gave up on the whole thing. On the upside, now I run 3 computer labs, still doing what I enjoy, but without the frustration.
I am not sure if Communities will be a separate feature to the existing community tab. There might be some overlap between the two, but it would be good to post pictures etc in more informal way ... I think a direct messaging system would be good also ...
It will be a completely different feature than comments or the community tab. People have asked about DM’s and I’m not in favor of them. Public discussion is much more effective for creating community and DM’s typically get abused by people who want to scam or spam a creator.
That’s how creators get paid. You should definitely buy a TH-cam premium subscription if the ads bother you. That’s what I do. That way you don’t see ads and creators who make the content you enjoy still get paid.❤️

I remember when we had Video Replies. It made TH-cam really interactive (for better, often worse admidditly). But it was great for community

Not true. “Farmed content” is against terms of service, but that’s a different thing than AI generated content.

@@Daniel_Batal I thought your sold them because of the "Harley Davidson Shirt". Even if your on "TH-cam sometimes you have to have a side job. Me, I now just upload my stuff on TH-cam because I could never figure out how to properly use TH-cam to make money. I just now use it to store my stuff that I come out with, so I don't loose it, But as I sent you an e-mail before and told you that I gave up on TH-cam, because mostly I just do music. Well, I don't feel that I have that much interesting content. I'm now writing songs with AI, With the platform Suno, I write the lyrics and it comes up the music, and the singer. I was just doing covers. then I was taking my poetry and putting it to music, then I was researching and putting out biblical stories, which I used "Mic Monster" to do the narration, now I'm creating AI songs, oh and I did do some original songs that I had put up there, but that didn't work either. Because of the frustration of TH-cam, I was thinking of taking my own life, because it was do devastatingly depressing. So, I got out of that funk, and I just decided not to look forward to anything with TH-cam and just use it as a storage bin so I don't loose anything, if people want to watch them great, if not who really cares. I can't figure out the platform so I gave up on the whole thing. On the upside, now I run 3 computer labs, still doing what I enjoy, but without the frustration.

I am not sure if Communities will be a separate feature to the existing community tab. There might be some overlap between the two, but it would be good to post pictures etc in more informal way ... I think a direct messaging system would be good also ...
It will be a completely different feature than comments or the community tab.
People have asked about DM’s and I’m not in favor of them.
Public discussion is much more effective for creating community and DM’s typically get abused by people who want to scam or spam a creator.

That’s how creators get paid. You should definitely buy a TH-cam premium subscription if the ads bother you. That’s what I do. That way you don’t see ads and creators who make the content you enjoy still get paid.❤️

I wish small creators could have the "$ Thanks" button on their channels so they could have a little support before getting all their watch hours. I'd like to be able to support some of the newer creators.
