if n=3 is moving backwards , what is n=-3 for the window size

Ok i get it now.. n=3 i.e window size is basically like between current row and 2 preceding in standard sql.. 3 means backward. We are getting the same value for first current row because there are no backward values..

Hi. Can you please please assist me. I have seen in a previous video on TH-cam the following:
    1. In power query you have your steps on the side.
    2. At a specific point you get a result and want to put that data from that step into another query.
    3. Then you just want to continue with the current query steps.
    4. I know for example you can do a count of rows and then in the nest step you just reference the step before you counted the rows and get the data back and carry on - so what I want is instead of the count step, export the result of a step, get back and carry on.
Would be great if you could assist.
    Regards
    Chris (South Africa)
