I don't even know how to ride a bicycle, but I tried to learn how to ride a motorcycle, I can ride it but I easily get afraid of traffic so i don't drive in even low traffic

that was a quick crash course for bike riding, no wonder you crashed. 🤣
make sure gear is set at 1, pull the clutch, give some accel, til the engine roars, release the accel, release the clutch slowly slowly while the engine is still hot. bike accelerators need to be used as feather touch. dont pull accel hard, when clutch is released.
legs should be down for for few days, till confident enough with balance.
make sure there is a lot of empty space in front. don't turn and don't use front brake on the first day of riding, first pull the clutch the use rear brake when need to stop.
don't get onto a bike again, before memorizing these steps. 😂
