- I spent 60 hours going from level 1 to level 2450 with 0 purchases that help lower the amount of time spent. Once I hit max level, I did finally buy some gamepasses and probably spent another 40 hours getting all of the extra items and obtaining max v4 race. So, if you see my account at any level below 2400, I don't have any gamepasses. If you do see gamepasses (like double mastery), it's because I was either using my 2nd account or I was already max level.
A lot of time is required to do everything fun in the game, which leaves a very important question: is Blox Fruits worth playing on roblox? I do think it gets enjoyable after reaching max level, but the grinding required to achieve it is honestly disgusting. There are some cool things you can do here and there, but most of the time you will be spending on the game is clicking until you finally max out your character. So, if you don't mind doing that type of grinding, then it might be worth your time. If you want all of the details, then feel free to watch all of the video!

Light is a really good fruit for the first sea. Flight, a spear that scales off fruit stat, and a bunch of AoE. Then after about 4-5 islands of that you’re kinda bored, want to try something new, and that’s how it goes. The game is much more fun if you try to have fun instead of grinding mindlessly. Elemental fruits made it feel like a chore.

@@okIjustsharemyopinionfor the first sea, you have a M1, flight, logia (only aura enemies are in Magma Village) and ranged for easy farming. Pretty much anyone else would agree Light for Sea 1, Buddha/Magma for sea 2/3.

It was such a relief getting to max level since I finally felt comfortable eating other fruits and losing my buddha, eating new fruits makes the game a lot more tolerable.
The biggest problem is that Buddha makes grinding mastery on fighting styles and swords easier so you can get things like Godhuman and CDK. Once you get those endgame items only then you can switch fruits. The game should really change to allow for better fruits to grind levels and mastery and not rely on Buddha so much.
@@Bl00D5H0Tyeah tbh im a buddha user who uses it solely to grind, but buddha has gotten alot more boring overtime, its abilities dont stand out much to me, I really want to switch to another fruit, because most fruits look like they have really cool abilities, but i need to grind w buddha so i cant swtich + buddha is rare to get

Honestly I didn't care, once I reached 3rd Sea I switched my Buddha and started grinding with light/ice/magma and it was so fun.

For npcs to not hit you with elementals, you must be 5% higher level than the npc. If this is a decimal, then round the the larger whole number. (If 5.3, its 6. If 594.2, its 595)

I've played blox fruits since like update eleven and i've only found 1 or 2 ppl (excluding my irl friends) that have watched one piece and play the game. I try to say logia, no one understands. Its just so weird how if they are only exposed to one version, they understand nothing of the main material. Since ppl in gpo get more uncensored names and the fact you gotta pay robux to remove a fruit makes sense to the main material being one piece. So the vast majority of the time, yea ppl in blox fruits have no idea of anything about one piece, and if you ask them they probably dont know what it is, but if you ask ppl in gpo, they have a higher chance of knowing and if you ask either of them to start watching it the ppl in gpo would know a lot more about one piece just from the game vs blox fruits players.

There is a game called "Peroxide„ Which is based off of bleach and you can either become quincy (Main abilities: Schrift, Vollstandig) Soul reaper (Main abilities: Shikai, Bankai, VASTOR) And Hollow (Ressureccion and Segunda Etapa as vasto lorde arrancar) And in every of these races, you can choose quests, but you dont need to in order to level up. You can do invasions to level up easily which is a concept that blox fruit should use. And there are also certain "Invasion events" which appear really commonly. In order to get your moves, you need to level up three times instead of getting a singular weapon that u need to level up. There is alot more stuff in this game, but i dont have the time to write that right now.
leveling in peroxide is definetly a chore but its way better than a stupid bandit beater leveling mechanism

As a player who started playing on the day after its release, I can agree that the grinding system just shut down my motivation to get the new stuff.
Blox fruits fell off. I join the game every few months now and I regret spending so much robux on the game. I play for 10 minutes, pvp a few people, get bored and leave. This is just my opinion
I grind on my own so I can make sure lower levels don't have to face that same pain 🗿
Also for enhancement / armament haki / aura (whatever you call it), just get elemental fruit, become immune to a enemy and afk grind, taking damage gives you aura points and you still get those points even with the elemental protection.

I absolutely love this video. One of the few blox fruit videos that actually have substance and don't feel like that it was just made with money in mind. I can tell there was a ton of passion put into this video, and if you have more content like this I would love to see it.
In my opinion I feel like as if blox fruits isn't worth playing. I have spent so many hours playing the game, and have spent a lot of money buying the gamepasses and permanent fruits. In my personal opinion i believe that the combat isn't fair and balanced, and it makes fruits such as bomb and spin seem basically useless as a choice for pvp since most fruits like buddha and dough make them bad options compared to them. As for the grind, I absolutely hate how none of the quests have any substance put into them. I don't like how if you're a lower level you're most likely going to lose most fights unless you have a fruit or ability that can permanently stun the enemy (which shouldn't even be a thing in the first place). This game obviously has passion for the late game, but none of the early game. My favorite update was when they reworked the menus and made some of the lower tier fruits much more usable and unique.
I doubt many people will read this entire comment but to sum it all up, I don't think it's worth it, and there are just so many issues that get ignored.
There are many more issues I didn't mention, but I'd rather not make this comment longer than it already is.

Genuinely one of the best reviews for blox fruits the only thing that I would criticize about it is the lack of information post grind but other than that you did a really good summary of it, hopefully more people can follow your example and I do have to agree the community on this game can be awful at times but rarely it can be really good, just ignore the discord it just isn’t worth the rage that it’s filled with
The good thing that blox fruits adds is holiday updates or for special occasions that has a currency that has relation with the event
These can give u xp boosts, race rerolls, fruits, accesories...
BUT they're limited time (no suprise there)so u STILL need to grind for HOURS AND HOURS

They rarely even do the events anymore. They used to do valentines and I think even Easter while now they just do Halloween and Christmas and events. My favourite event was the 10bil visits event where you’d spend confetti on items or fruit. They haven’t done that event for like a year I thought they would do it for 25bil but idk
Generally, bandit beaters like blox fruits are just extreme versions of simulators, the closest thing to “fun” in blox fruits is fighting other people and winning but even then it gets more dull over tine

The valentine's event saved me A LOT OF TIME.
Points gained by killing NPCs making it possible to buy 2x exp and with buddha caused me to progress so fast that I sped through the second sea within 2 weeks

It's completely subjective.
The first sea is where it's really boring but then the second sea is where it gets fun.
Correction is that you can reset your stats for free you just need fragments.
I don't really recommend doing the saber quest until level 250 to 300 because of just how hard it is to fight shanks.

The reason the legendary sword dealer is gross is because either you server hop and hope you get lucky enough to have joined at just the right time AND be the first one to get to him, or you can wait up to 6 hours in a private server

As someone who only really played this cause a friend wanted me to, after i got through most of the 2nd sea i found the game actually fun and began to use buddha (I wasnt an asshole tho) and eventually got my current sword collection and still play the game every once in a while

It took me a couple days to get max level and then update 20 came out and i had to do more grinding, except both times i had to get max level i decided to get the last like 100 levels with things like law raids or sea events in upd 20.
Honestly although the level system isnt great for hard focused gaming, its a great game for gettin on a call with a couple of firends and just talking while autopiloting the game.
While the leveling up system was kinda insane tbh, but the reason i fell in love with this game was because i used to play aq worlds and it has pretty much the same mechanics in the game except the way you change class(fruit) in both games

Be prepared for max level feeling very bittersweet.
Most players these days, myself included did most of the fun stuff as soon as they possibly could, so the most that was left to do was more grinding for weapons i didn't get, trading with people who are constantly trying to scam you out of expensive fruits, and getting killed by players so invested in the pvp they've figured out how to combo with every single ability and weapon they have equipped
oh, and the occasional islands becoming no mans land because of 3 allied players killing anyone they see
If you aren't in this game for the PVP or for collecting absolutely everything you can, then there's no point in playing after max level because that's all it becomes. It is a damn shame.
It really is. Ive been on and off since release. After hitting max level you realise that the content in the game is pretty underwhelming and just plain tedious.
I waited to max level to start anything lol, I got v4 after max level, Yama, Tushita, CDK, I got god human after I maxed. I really dodged a bullet about that whole bittersweet thing, after I hit max I still had plenty to do. Nowadays though I'm stuck either grinding mastery on my stuff or boosting/carrying/pvping with friends.

There are lots of ways to have fun, mainly if you are playing with friends irl and can actually talk while playing rther than using the chat. Boss killing, pvp, quests, etc.
That said, the devs are definitely trying to bore you with the grinding and punish you for being low level. Arriving at 2nd sea to find almost everything interesting locked by level is pretty disappointing. All to make you pay $$ for xp, mastery, fruits etc.
There are lots iof ways to make being lower level and climbing levels more fun: more difficult bosses that need team work to kill, more raid bosses, more quests that are harder than grind quests like the raids. I dont think thats the business model they are working on though.
as a person who started on upd 13 you are lucky to have compass and a wiki it took me a week of exploring to find the pirate island and having no money for the gacha was pain cuz in the old days you could gacha from lvl 1

The main down of BF is what you said, the grinding. Grinding in other games seems fun since there's always another quest you can do. But here you have to do the same quest until you level up 50 times and then do another one. It takes a hell out of time, specially since the only source of 2x XP you can get for free are codes and they don't even make that much. That's the same reason I recently quit. Hopefully update 20 fixes it.

@@PRAISETHELORD-yk9ifpvp is usually fun in most games as you can do many things such as trolling and what not, the issue that the person is talking about is the amount of fucking grinding you need to do, for example grinding to max level, for new items, for money, for fragments, for awakenings so much grinding. everything you do or most things you do in blox fruits has a link to grinding in a way. for example if you wanna pvp you need certain swords/fighting styles/fruits/guns

Blox fruits is definitely the most accurate one piece game, just like one piece it makes you look at the screen for hours until something cool happens, then you gotta wait for hours again for another cool thing, the cycle repeats until it finally gets fun.
I got to level 80 I believe (I didn't bother to join this game again dawg) because my friend basically carried me by giving me on start light fruit and we got to that point in about 2 hours I think. I got bored and done with game instantly on desert. Man, I don't know what 500k people on average find fun in this game.
barrier is also useable for first sea as you can use barrier wall to do the wall strat but elemental fruits are still better
First sea: buddha, or any elemental fruit

I've been playing so many RPG games Ran online to DN, and then my cousin asked me to play this with him. I got hook and grindy af but I enjoy it :D
I got introduced to the game by my friends and so i always played the first few islands with them and sea 1 was really fun for me now it feels nostalgic

In the next big update they’re dropping, they claim they’re going to majorly improve the leveling system, as well as providing more content for max level players (And also revamping every map, but who cares).

ive watched this 3 times, once when i was new, once when i entered sea 2 and once when i reached max level. depending what level u are when you watch this gives u a new experience
I personally grind only sometimes, usually i play around with fruits and awakenings, i also sometimes do puzzles and i only grind when i feel i need the next cool stuff.

the most annoying thing about the quest system is that you get the same amount of levels no matter what level, you always get torughly 1,5 levels when you start a quest its almost two.

That is a reason why I think king legacy is better. In king .Eva y you get roughly 3-4 levels per quest. It makes the grinding a lot more tolerable. Plus it os a lot easier to get fruits so it makes more fun because if you get bored of a ruin you can buy a random one and use that for a while

Personally, the thrill of acquiring something or reaching a certain goal for me is the main reason I play the game. I haven't reached max lvl nor have I reached my goals, but even though I'm so far from my goal I still feel some sort of accomplishment to my goal cuz every thing I do sort of takes me to my goals 1 step at a time (except for the gacha, it's pretty useless if you have Buddha)

Actually, when I first started the game, I obtained the Shark race, of which I thought it was goofy with that dummy fin but my friends told me to keep the race. I then tediously reached level 50, but that wasn't in vain as I rolled the Buddha, and my friend; being the kind person he is, told me to eat it. I did and it actually carried me and was what kept me going throughout this game. It can be pretty horrendous though. I've been playing for 3 weeks and still haven't reached the max level.
for me after i reached 3rd sea i just done fun stuff like raids sb hunts levi swords bosses and by the time i was done with those i was max lvl
you were right about mirage but ken v2 has a built in brightner so if you use that on mirage you can find the blue gear easier
(it worked for me i found blue gear in like 5 secs)
one thing I absolutely hate is how the game doesn't allow you to do higher level quests even though you can beat them. Why does defeating "thunder god" give less xp than grinding the prisoners quest
@Mario20Crazy yes. I don't care. I 1v1'd Enel and got peanuts for it, it wasn't easy. If people cheese the levelling they still won't have mastery in anything. In that case why does mastery even exist if not to slow progress. The game is just grindy on purpose but the worst part is the grinding isn't even fun. Its the most basic combat possible, spam a few moves then wait for recharge and repeat. Do this 1000 times then repeat on the next npc

Instead of doing something productive with your time you'd rather sit on blox fruits spamming the same moves over and over until the enemy finally dies, wait for them to respawn and then repeat? The combat isn't even fun against npcs, its not interesting in the slightest and there's no skill, it's just spam moves and wait then spam again. It's mindless. Grinding is the absolute worst game mechanic and it only exists to keep people like you playing the game for engagement ratings rather than just making a fun game that people want to play because it's good
@Mario20Crazy nope, I grinded to the dangerous prisoners level. It got so dry I had to stop. I'm aware there's way more stuff in the second sea and awakenings etc. but the game is just not fun killing the same enemies 20 times. All the enemies are the same and the combat is so basic

I have played this game for almost 5 years and have loved pretty much all of it. I completely understand the grinding being dry though lol. Although the grinding is dry, once all of the grinding is done and you get what you worked for after a while it's so satisfying. This game has a lot for it but also a lot against it. try it out!
This is a bad game. It's a bandit beater and it's extremely grindy (that's an understatement). You have to become a basement dwelling no life until you get all the meta items in the game like V4, godhuman, CDK, etc and then only you can enjoy it. Even then it gets boring real quick

i reccomend playing fantastic frontier since theres no leveling up and it doesnt even have an easy start the majorty of the start is pretty much you trying not to die (almost all of the monsters will one shot you) and the game doesnt help you that much you must mess around and find out sometimes grinds get annoying since you need money to progress through the game

I liked the leveling up system because you actually have to grind and you cant just buy lvls, it's time consuming so when you reach max you can pvp and do all the fun things in the game.

if i was 12 years old and had all the time in the world im sure i would love this game, infact i remember playing grindy rpgs like this back in 2015 so i cant really blame the kids for liking this game alot, its just a solid rpg grind that also has an almost endless amount of progress to make.

bro 60 hours is crazy you got it so fast to max level it took me 4 or 5 or 6 MONTHS to get to max level or even a year

you guys are overreacting. Sure it takes a long time to lvl up and stand a chance to pvp. But you can do so many things along the way, like race v4, cdk or ttk quests (definitely not observation or race v2, those are actually cancer) and also raids. Also the pvp thing is just not true. U just need good fruits to pvp. and you can’t expect people not to only use the meta.

the grind from 0 to 2550 is insane. Now you can either have fun with other things or having fun with the „non fun thing“. Grinding.
When I first did the flower quest, it was a pain. A big big pain. Than my second time? I did it on 5 minutes. Just memorize where they can spawn wait for a night and u can get every of them in one night.

When I played blox fruits I was a Buddha main and I killed anything that moved. Other than the 30 million bounty sweats, or the fishman v4 venom users, basically nobody could stop me.

I solo buddhas with fully awakened light and my godhuman with hollow scythe grade 1 for fun as it is soooooooo fun to see them rage and die to me again (i hunt annoying people, bounty hunters and toxic people only)
1st sea was terrible, when i first watched this video i was level 400, i didnt know what to do, this video is such big help, i am now level 2300 i have sanguine arts and godhuman, cdk, tryna get soul guitar and using portal. in the first sea, it was bad, second sea, heaven, third sea... very fun but other players..
The only reason i got through this game is the random 2x exp codes online like omg 💀
