- What’s better than comfort food? Folded comfort food! I’m talking food inside food. i.e dumplings, ravioli, spring rolls, pirogi, coconut icecream in a coconut shell. It’s that extra care put into the preparation that makes you feel extra prioritised.
Today I’m making two Korean comfort classics guaranteed to lift your spirits: Kimchi jjim, delightful pork and kimchi cabbage rolls, and Ssam bap, rice balls wrapped in fragrant perilla leaves.
Not only is this food delicious, it’s nutritious comfort food.
