My Grandfather was a machine gunner on a patrol boat in the Me Kong Delta in Vietnam. He survived the war, but was messed up in the head from all the stuff he'd seen. Despite that, he was always a great role model to me, and one of the reasons why I joined the military. He died in 2019 while I was deployed overseas in the Army. God bless his soul.

My Great Uncle Albert was one of the 40K Canadians who defected to the US to fight in Nam'. After killing countless people over his time there, POW for a year, somehow always coming out of ambushes alive where his buddies didn't, he came home safe physically, but mentally he was long gone. He passed in 2011 from lung cancer but he was one hell of a man. RIP Albert, you're with the Lord now and you are loved, you're a hero

My grandpa "Pop" was a quad (I think) M60 gunner. Saw some horrid stuff that he only gives hints here and there. I only know that he would go in and pick up either Green Berets or Seals for evac. He swapped to a Seabee after finding a UXO mortar through his bunk after he went to arm up for the attack that was happening. He's my role model for tenacity and I love him to death

Anyway, if he accept it, he also knew the Vietnam war would not be an independent war anymore and much likely to become a civil war if north side had foreign troop intervene.

my great uncle was medic in Vietnam he saw most of it from Mekong he got to see the results of VC ambushes, victims of their punji stick traps and badly infected the wounds were because the Viet Cong would smear piss and shit all over the punji sticks so the victims wounds would get infected. he got to see G.I.s get shredded like paper after larger engagements . he died from cancer a bit before i was born my family (including him) say he got the cancer because he was exposed to Agent Orange during his time in 'nam. RIP Soldier

@@McCrackenVaughn So human voices are mostly in the mid range, if you want background music for playing make sure that the music is generally of a lower pitch so you arent fighting over eachother. Also if you think that you hvae to talk over the music at any point - its too loud, people can hear better than you'd think and it doesnt need to be louder to appreciate it. Finally, music without vocals is best for the above reasons - you arent fighting other voices for attention and people can focus on your voice only hope that helps :)
