I'm mostly useless in the cooking division & I made this pies yesterday for Father's Day. I received such a lot of compliments on the way it looked & it tasted deleesh as well! The extended family couldn't believe that it was me that made the pies all on my own.

Just made this filling, except I had left over breasts from a roasted chicken. Tore the chicken into pieces and added it after the mushrooms had braised, just before adding the thickener. And fresh thyme. Delicious!

@@vonniecronje3914 I got a jubilee set as a wedding gift 13yrs ago but also grew up cooking in my parents universal set and my mom was soooo particular in washing our pots with chemico liquid .... Their pots and mine still looks brand spanking new!
