Idk, 2010-2016 was pretty bad. There were some bright spots with smack down 2017-2019. The covid era was the best thing to happen to them from a creative standpoint
I'm pretty sure Kross's main roster gimmick was that he was part of some sex cult. I see the storyline being that after NXT, he and Scarlet broke up. This put him in a deep depression, and he was found and manipulated by this cult. This was the reason for the gimpy costume, and for the lack of Scarlet. Things go from bad to worse, as this cult is too much, even for Vince McMahon, who has to let Kross go. Somewhere in this time frame, Scarlet finds Kross, down on his luck, and manages to save him from the sex cult, and they get back together.
