Lake Shore Castings in Pennsylvania. I called and the lady was one of the friendliest people I talked to during my boat build. They are rough cast in aluminum for right around $100. You will then want to either polish or chrome them. I had them polished by Dun Rite Deburring in Denver.

Up to 32 mph with the wind. Usually about 29-30 mph. Cruising speed at 25 mph.
