The only time step-siblings dating step-siblings is acceptable is if the kids were together first. Has actually happened! My dad had a friend that was dating this girl and planned to marry her. Their parents knew of the relationship and still got together and married. The kids relationship was unfortunately ruined and they broke up cause of the amount of people attacking them for dating when they were “step-siblings”
