@shanti3778 MY religion is Santeria. Regardless of your own religion, the greatest minds and Christian apologists are great BECAUSE they studied other religions. Not because they avoided educational studies for fear of "opening doors". In doing so they are able to reach others and have a basis of knowledge and context when speaking to others with different cultural backgrounds or faiths. Understanding eachother is a powerful thing and even to agree tondidagree in civility while holding true to your own values and religionn is important. But don't be too closed minded and learn that the world in a big beautiful place and yes that includes Christianity, is beautiful. If you have any questions about MY religion ide be happy to answer 😊

voodoo also comes with a toxic, petty, spiteful, tit for tat mentality. The exact same mentality keeping our brothers and sisters down. They go through all of this just to feel powerful for a few moments, and then, when the ritual ends, who is left to face reality? The spirits? No, you. And the funniest part is when they try to cast spells on Christians and get them deflected without the Christians even doing anything. Or when they go insane from the paranoia because another witch caught onto them. Practicioners are so easy to mess with, all you have to do is leave a pebble in the right place for some to freak out.
Most of the things you go to the spirits for, you can just do yourself. Do you want a fortune? Go work for it. Do you want someone dead? There's ways to achieve that. Do you want someone to fall in love with you? Maybe put down the dead chicken and pick up a book on charisma. It's less expensive, anyways.
If you have to go to the supernatural, just go to God, make sure your hands are clean, and say a prayer...But a lot of people won't, because their hands are filthy, caked in festering blood, and they refuse to wash their hands of it. They give themselves to the witch doctors that use them as paypigs and cattle, the evil spirits, and then, the demons.
I'm from the Caribbean. I've seen some people completely destroy their lives fooling with witchcraft. I'm talking about to the point that they don't even have their minds left. And when the natural disasters hit, it's usually their corpses that have to be burned. I know the smell of a witch all too well.
It's the smell of death. If you don't believe me...Look, in recent years, to the places most associated with the darkest workings of witchcraft. Haiti is the reward of the witch.
I saw some people looking to learn. Don't go playing with that. That isn't something you can just dip your toes in. Once you're in, you're in for good. If you really need some kind of pagan spirituality and refuse to turn to Christ...Go learn the runes or something. Though, the days of the runecasters are numbered, too.

@@The_plug_for_everything I was born a Christian, then I became a Muslim, then A Hebrew Israelite, then once I had enough with the Abrahamic religions I decided to dive deep into African Spirituality. The biggest problem you will encounter is fear. The Christian upbringing is based on fear. You are taught to fear this Christian God, who is jealous of you and who requires you to behave in a certain way and if you fail he will condemn you to this fake place called hell. You might ask, then why doesn't this mighty Christian God just destroy the devil, and put this whole battle to rest. Once you begin researching these questions you discover that the real enemy of man is Yahweh. That is the jealous God. He is jealous of humans because you have more power than him. He is jealous that there are other Gods more powerful than him. He loves you trapped in your body, however once you break free of the body and your soul is free, you are a very powerful God or Goddess. This is the mystery that is hidden by Christianity. You will find this knowledge in the Nag Hammady Text, Rig Veda, Tibetan Book of the Dead, Egyptian Book of Coming Forth by Day, and many other books that Christianity and Islam tell you not to read. Once you get over the fear of this useless dead beat Christian God, with the Fake Devil invented at the Nicean Conference, then you are ready to go to mystery school, and learn African Spirituality. Digest What I have Said. It may be too much to swallow in one dose, but in a nut shell that is 20 years of research . Here are some bible verses that prove what I am saying. Deuteronomy 4:29-31. 29 The God you seek is within you. Psalm 82 1 Says You are the Gods. Matthew 24 35 Heaven and Hell will Pass Away. Revelation 9 Hell is on Earth The very same bible confirms what I am telling you.

@@reggielion755 Great Question!! It took me years to answer this question. Here is your answer. Take a look at the the dollar bill. What do you see? A “pyramid”. When you go to church how do they end their prayers? By calling on an African God “Amun”. When you go to all Museums in Europe what do they have? “ All our stuff” The entire success of Western Civilization is predicated on stealing our rituals and magic. Africans are asleep because rituals were done to keep them asleep and we repeat the same rituals every year. Unfortunately for the European he cannot use the magic. He has no clue how it works. He needs me to do it for him. All the sell outs like Desmond Tutu and many others that understood the magic are dead now. This is a new age. This is why there is a big rush to return all our artifacts back to Africa as these items are causing huge calamities in Europe. There are no more idiots left to sell out the continent using magic. This is why you see thousands of Europeans, Chinese and Foreigners at the Voodoo festival trying to learn the magic , so that they can continue with their domination. Unfortunately, the schools are closed. All you are going to learn is the basic. If any practitioner reveals to the enemy how this stuff works the ancestors will take you out and take out your student. This is a new age. Learn your magic. Unfortunately, you will have to learn it on your own. When you are ready, the ancestors will come to you. The revolution is here.

Africans certainly hasn't realised that even Christianity and Islam is also a traditional religion of some group of people or ethnicity. Whatever we call jazz, juju, voodoo, and charms doesn't necessarily mean it's devilish or demonic, it's a prove of our history as an autonomy and civilization. Like every religion, its the intention of the individual that matters.
This has been our culture and religion for years before the colonial eras, and the misconceptions we have for it is heart breaking. Had we colonised the Europeans and the Abrahamic countries there would be no Christianity nor Islam in africa or major parts of the world. God is real but every culture has its own way of identifying him, some was just pushed more than the others.

That makes me want to see a thriller/horror movie where a slave owner is slowly haunted and life ruined because his slaves are out there doing voodoo rituals out on his land. It definitely wouldn't be a horror on that context though. I'm not against the idea in theory cause I like horror.

Intellectually speaking, Jesus is not the reason Africa still remains enslaved.
      Beliefs are backed by information.
You have your belief, others have theirs which may or may not align with yours. Your belief is also backed by information. We can choose to respect people's choices on what they believe even while wanting to make them share your beliefs but, don't make statements that are factually wrong in order to discredit another's belief, bring facts. I respect whatever you believe in.
The believers in Jesus belief the 'information' in the Bible. Some choose to believe in science only. Some choose to believe in the spirits of their ancestors. Some don't even believe that humans have spirit bodies. Your belief is a choice 'sieved out' from all information you receive. through whatever means.
The reason the image of Christianity is tarnished because many of them are not aware of all they are to do hence they live wrongly, even sadly misrepresenting to the extent of contradicting their beliefs by their lifestyle.

I can't believe a whole African is doubting the magic of our ancestors. Colonialism played us a good number. We are busy praying to a fake rubbish Jesus, when we have the real deal right in front of our faces. This mental colonialism must end.

Haiti has voudo which is not what we are seeing here....

Some writing that they support Christianity, some Islam
But coming to the video details, many people where writing that Benin being a country is the most peaceful in west Africa with their voddo practice
But why is the country just stagnant financial, things not moving for years what are Benin known for on the world map?
    Naemelüm says isn't that concerning???

It's crazy that there's so many different things like that, several types of wicca, voodoo, etc. Other than who they follow. It seems almost the same. Outside of how it looks. They're all dealing with the spiritual world.

Those of us in touch with our ancestors are rich with the bounties of the earth and content with our portion, this is a goal of the African systems.
