Yeah it's a really good banner for anyone looking to start because both work well together. Yeah I don't use her very often as the DPS but she can definitely do it if you want her to.

Managed to get an extra copy of Salter in just one multi (got my first one in an SR ticket), so now she's at NP2 and that allowed me to get her second append unlocked so she's ready for her buff next year.
To make it clear for anyone wanting SAlter: This is here one and only banner for the next 2 years in NA. Her next banner will be in 2026 with Melt. So if anyone wants her or get more copies, this is their best and only chance for 2 years. Also, her being paired with Kon is is the cherry on top. No matter which one you get on your rolls, you still win.
Unless you already have Salter, in which case getting only her instead of one of the best supports in the game, would understandably make some salty regardless of how good Seiba is by herself.
Man, Koyanskaya of Light is ruining my plans of summoning for Koyanskaya of Light. At least I can maybe get some more Salter copies if I grind for her now instead of in November/December
Arc has 100% NP charge on her second skill and for 100% chargers the magic number is 8. As 2 koyanskayas reduce it by 4 and another 2 turn cd from atlas mystic code which means you only need 2 turns to pass normally. Plus you can run BG or HG or Event CE without any issues since servants like Arc can loop CE less
The problem is not that she can't loop, but rather that she can't loop with Dual Koyanskaya + Oberon, as that requires an Order Change Mystic Code, which Atlas Institute doesn't have. The Append 5 recently released in Japan does fixes this problem though, as it gives up to 3 Skill casts a 1-turn CD reduction, which means Arcueid's first cast of her Skill 2 will be set to a 6-turn Cooldown, so you can now run her with Oberon and an Order Change Mystic Code
Edit: Cool fown for Buster got slightly more forgiving in JP thanks to the new Append. It gives you 1 turn cool down reduction to each skill 1 time per battle. This enables every 6 turn 30% cool down to loop with max append skill 5, and either SuperScope, or Nax append 2. It also enables 7turn 100% NP charger just Double Koyan. Looks like my Alt is rolling this. My main has both at NP1, and while Koyan is nearing Bond 10, Salter has been at bond 10 for a while. Sadly both Main, and Alt have Artoria(Main has NP3), so Salter won't see much use on my Alt, but my Alt could really use Koyan, Summer Kiara has her limits even with Double Castoria.
you guys on the comments are lucky, while I did Koyanskaya in 2 Multi's, I tried for Saber Alter 2 more multi's then I tally up the draws. 3 Multi was minus so one 4 star CE, and 1Multi was EX 1 5star CE and 1SSR and 1 4 star CE. that was really horrible draw. so I gave up. Well congrats those who are so lucky to have EX luck, and know when to stop.

Next year they are giving us an SR ticket, and this includes Salter. Actually they are giving us two, one in October and one in November. So you can skip if you'd want to use those tickets for salter.
@@criptpikachu8054 That SR ticket allows you to get a bunch of characters that are really hard to get otherwise and are really, really good. If I remember right, Salter is not even in the top 10 characters to get with that and that says everything.

The next 4* selector will include limited Servants. Summer Servants included. And many players surely used their ticket for these chatacters.
Yeah if people knew She would have a banner this soon some people would have saved SQ but they were all expecting her near end of December. Can't prepare for the things we don't know will happen after all. Hopefully 1 multi and a dream is enough but if it isn't she will have another banner this year
Yup I do but nowadays I just keep it around to summon on random banners. See if they ever plan to bring back Arale's banner so I can rainbow her someday. I actually used to make Dokkan videos WAY long ago.
Update I got koyan in 1(not to happy about this already had np 2 and would rather have a 5th gil)multi got 2 salters two multis later and got 2 gils on the other banner in a little over 2 multis my luck has been rather insane recently

This banner is build your own fire/buster starter team. Also don't sleep on Koyan herself for dps.
