Really nice ebike. I use it daily for last three months. Europe specs said it has 20ah battery, i did almost 80km in rought terrain in 4 hours left with more than 20% battery. Oh and my weight is solid 125kg. Im impressed.
I wanted to see if I could do 7 videos in 7 days to catch up from me being on vacation then getting Covid. I did it. Now I can go back to 2-3 reviews per week now that I am caught up.
Another nice review. Had just enough juice to get you home. Sure could use an adjustable handlebar stem and maybe a plusher seat. With no fenders , it looks to be suited for off -roading in dryer conditions. It does have a good paint job and an interesting name. Thanks for the review and another spin around Chicago, Scott.
Seems to me that many manufactures are really cutting back the start amperage on take-off. Many of your latest reviews as well as other reviewers on youtube have been reports sluggish take-off power. I wonder if the motor manufacturers are mandating that to protect the motor. I think it's a little disingenuous to give a wattage rating or torque rating that more theoretical than real world. If the bike doesn't climb well or accelerate well, then sorry the torque rating isn't real. I just saw a review for a bike with a 30A controller that couldn't climb the same hill as multiple bikes had climbed with 22 and 25 A controllers because of the "soft" start it had. I think there needs to be some standard for rating the power of these motors. Area13 is now doing Dyno testing and his results are astonishing sometimes. Some manufactures are legit and others aren't being honest or at least twisting the numbers a bit. Love your reviews, man you seem to be a busy man reviewing bikes lately. I wish I could get the miles logged that you have
You make some really good points. This is why I try to run these bikes thru all kinds of different scenarios to test these things out. I don't have a bike shop so I can't afford, nor store a dyno, so I do what I can with the testing. I appreciate the support, and yeah, I was behind on reviews due to a cruise and getting Covid afterwards so I was behind on reviews. Had to drop the hammer and knock out 7 videos in 7 days. Please don't expect me to keep that pace. hahahaha.
Oh sorry I wasn't implying you need a dyno.... he's the only guy I know of doing that..... your testing is perfect.... the hill climb says it all, and I like that your testing is as consistent as possible..... you do real world range testing too which I really appreciate..... sorry to hear you got sick, glad you're doing better.... that's a lot in 7 days.... you're one of my favorite reviewers.... I'll be in the market for an emtb next year.... I currently have a aventon aventure and love it, have over 2000 miles on it without any issues but I'm ready for some tougher trails

Concise review! It's still not as good as my Aventon Aventure 2. Thanks, Scott! More power to the pedal!
Thats why I make these reviews, to give you all you need to make those decisions.

Looks like the same frame as Aventon Aventure.
I agree, maybe thats why I love the look as much as I do.
We need a video on how to order generic Chinese ebikes with a custom name printed on the side and resell them for profit.
hahahaha... I don't even know how to do that.
