▪️ 87% of these firms plan to adopt an office-centric model in the next 3 years.
▪️ Companies believe that the office remains strategic for 1) talent attraction & retention, 2) increased collaboration, 3) cost management, 4) corporate brand, and 5) employee wellbeing.
▪️ Metro Cebu remains as competitive as a preferred location for business operations especially for IT-BPM companies.
