You’re spot on with their story arc. They are hands down one of the best coming of age stories expressed so artfully throughout their career.
I hope you get a chance to react to their concept trailers they release before each chapter, they are breath taking and what made me 100% all in.

I love how you talked about genderless performances and how TxT has managed to perform this song in a very sincere way without any obvious toxic masculinity. They are truly professionals in what they do and respect all forms of art, executing each move precisely how it should be executed, translating perfectly also the expression and emotion of the song. I love them for that!
I get that you sometimes get scared at what they are about to do onstage, but I have learned to trust them to perform with no ill intention. I hope you continue to enjoy their performances and still feel safe, they are truly amazing at what they do.😊 love your channel, you're so good 😊

New subscriber here! I really like your analysis and insights into style as well as the accompanying lyrics. I also relate a lot to having to hide from the danger as an older MOA (33) haha.
I also wanted to point out that your insight to the structure of their musical journey is correct. It starts out very bright musically and visually (if not lyrically) and evolves through that journey of growing up, falling in and out of young love, friendship, and betrayal, and healing.
That journey is what makes me a fan.

thanks so much for subbing! so glad another older fan who understands my age gap painz has found my channel. can't wait to check out more of their baby tracks before the narrative flip. x

I am also an older MOA. As an ex-performing artist/dancer and an avid reader, I was drawn to these men and the stories like a great piece of fiction.
And as I watched their additional personal content, I feel like a proud noona or ajumma watching them grow and succeed as they should.

you are absolutely right! i'm glad you noticed that too and commented on it. aaaaaahhh you are really my fave reactor now. this is one of the reasons why txt really piqued my interest!
“I think what sets TOMORROW X TOGETHER apart from other groups is their willingness to challenge the stereotypes and standards that people often associate with the K-pop industry,” HYBE producer Slow Rabbit says of the members. “Whether it’s through genderless outfits or groundbreaking concepts, TOMORROW X TOGETHER fearlessly break down barriers and open up new possibilities for what a K-pop group can be.”
Just also want to include journalist Taylor Glasby's comment on Sugar Rush Ride bcs I love what she said:
"I've always enjoyed TXT choreo but THIS 😮I've watched this 10x already this morning. It's such a beautiful, seamless blend of soft and hard. Kpop routines still tend to split into gg and bg camps but this is both and neither. It says no to being boxed."
Yeonjun once answered a question before (I think it was from a fan?), this is non-verbatim but he was saying something like "who decided whether it's for a male or female? it's just clothes". He's also known for wearing "feminine" clothes like skirts and he said in an interview that men can wear them too. In support to that, I know this might be a small thing for some but he wore a shirt that says MALE, FEMALE and PERSON and have checkboxes beside them. The only box that was checked off is for PERSON.
Even the members themselves talked about embracing their feminine side in an interview, I just forgot the source. Hehe sorry. And oh, just an additional info, their performance director/choreographer is a woman as well as their styling director.

I remember seeing the English translations for the first time and screaming 😂
I love how TXT constantly does genderless performances and they also do that with their outfits too. What’s also great is knowing that they are 100% for it. They’ve talked about how they can give inputs if they are not comfortable with something so it’s an image they want to portray too

haha, i’m glad we had similar reactions - they’re really saying they’re all grown up now - i don’t know how to feel, my dead 94line heart lol. coming from 2nd gen, i’m enamoured by txt’s genderless performance but also it’s giving me major gender identity crisis issues somebody plz save me x

I´ve been having a marathon of your videos today, I really enjoy your content. Your reactions, specially to Yeonjun are so relable, he's my bias so I know the struggle haha.
I loved that you mentioned the genderlessness of this performance, TXT is known for it, they show it through their music, outfits and personal statements they have done. I wanted to share a fragment of an interview, I can´t remember for what magazine it was for, but yeonjun was asked:
"How do you believe masculinity has evolved over the past ten years?
Yeonjun: I've never seen one set definition for masculinity that everybody in the world agrees with. In the same way, I don't think there´s a set standard that we, or anybody, should have to follow. In terms of the interpretations of the terminology, I think there's going to be a lot of generational, social and cultural context. That said, I think people probably define it in broader terms than before. If anything, concepts about conduct or self-expression should be about confidence, freedom from scrutiny, and feeling comfortable to just be yourself."

thanks so much for this, evelynn. your comment's truly appreciated. how long have u been a fan of txt? my subbies are mostly taehyun stans so u might just be the first yeonjun stan who's subscribed to my channel - welcome! glad there's someone who can relate to my yeonjun struggle x

I started listening to txt since April 2020, I loved their music and concept immediately so I consider myself a MOA since those days.

Just found your channel an hour or so ago and have really been enjoying your videos and editing style! Also, I am learning Korean so thank you for the tip about that version of 'you'.
I was thinking, even though I don't know if it's something you would want to react to or make a video about, but I was thinking about how you might enjoy watching Suchwita with Yeonjun and Taehyun. Suchwita is Suga's (BTS) talk/interview/drinking show. 슈취타 is a combination of 슈가 and 대취타 (an Agust D (Suga) song from 2020). I'm providing probably too much information because I know you've been out of Kpop for a few years. Sorry.
Yeonjun and Taehyun got to talk and drink with Yoongi on the show and it really gave a clear snapshot of their personalities, in my opinion. So I think you might enjoy it whether or not you make a video about it.

thanks for the info, sara. it’s always appreciated so no need to apologise. & i’m glad u’ve been enjoying my content - thanks so much for watching all of my videos & commenting to let me know.
how far along are you with ur korean? & are u taking proper lessons or self-studying? (conjugations are still very difficult for me even though i’ve been working with korean texts for years.) hope ur enjoying the language. x

@@poetriya I taught myself how to read hangul last year. I started learning regularly through an app earlier this year and took a few months of lessons before hitting a paywall. Now I'm learning through a book series, "Talk to me in Korean" which I'm finding helpful even if it's starting back at the beginning. I minored in linguistics and have learned a few languages before (though a lot of it has left my head due to lack of use). But those languages were German, French, and American Sign Language, so I haven't learned anything like Korean grammar. That's what's doing my head in the most at the moment. Other than that, I'm enjoying it!
