【ターニング】硬度Hs75の加工はやっぱり大変ですね！ / Processing hardness Hs75 is still difficult!

株式会社アソカ産業です。
ターニングで鍛造材の加工を行いました。
今回の製品は、荒加工後熱処理を行い硬度をHs75まで上げるそうです。
熱処理後の仕上加工時はやっぱり硬かったです！
切粉も凄い色になっています。
Forged material was processed by turning.
This product will be heat treated after roughing to increase the hardness up to Hs75.
It was hard after all at the time of finishing after heat treatment!
The shavings also have a different color.
