I stuck around until I heard those nice homes and "boutique lifestyle" would cost me $550k to $715k. Yikes! It looks like a beautiful neighborhood though. Thank you for showing it to us.

Hey! Thanks for watching. Yeah, for the area it’s a reasonable price. You’re looking at a million or more price wise for a traditional home in most parts of the West Coast now. I wanted to show what’s out there design and model wise for smaller neighborhoods. I’m hoping more cities start creating smaller communities like this.

@MicThinksTiny Thanks, Mic! It's a beautiful spot for sure.

@@MicThinksTiny I live in Vancouver WA and I can see why this neighborhood is called Posh Pocket. I am sure these are really nice but I think $550 to $715K for a tiny house is ridiculous. Although it's not in a terrible part of Vancouver

Thank you! I'm determined to live tiny as a retiree, but I only want to do it once. I don't want to make a tiny mistake that will cost me my tiny retirement. So, thank you!!!

I think about that too, Glenda -- not making a mistake that will hurt me financially in retirement. I want to downsize my space and expenses.

You can do it! I hope you find something that works for you and isn’t too pricey :)

Hello Mic, I was down in that neck of the woods recently. Decided to go take a look at PoshPockets. The one model unit was quite nice. It’s a bit too suburban for my taste but hope it comes together as a community. 👍👏

Hey! That's awesome you were able to visit and check them out. I hope so too! It seems like a really cool concept for small living neighborhoods.

Mic... You should make T-shirts that say "That Makes Sense". You use that phrase all the time.😊

Hey Mic I'm glad you try and get the word out for any and every way someone might want to go tiny. They're is actually a video I watched about a neighborhood just like this in Atlanta. It's not everyone that can afford this type of neighborhood even if it sounds great due to the cost. A lot of people are doing it for financial reasons along with whatever there other WHY is! I am 50 and I definitely want less maintenance and I want to travel but I would be stuck to that neighborhood if I bought into one at half that cost at my age I think. Thx for all you do!

Hey! Are you talking about the South Park Cottages? I love that community. This model makes sense but yeah the price is going to vary based on location. PNW is becoming an expensive market. Thanks for watching.

I love the pocket community idea but this one is SO expensive.

Hi! Yeah I hear you. It’s a pricey market even in the Pacific Northwest now.
